★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tidak responsif, ditelpon berkali2 tdk ad yg menjawab, seperti tempat kosong ga ad yg berkerja padahal saya telpon pd jam kerja.
Karyawannya tidak membantu dan tidak ramah
 Unresponsive, called many times no one answered, like an empty place no one working even though I called during working hours.
The employees are unhelpful and unfriendly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vaksin Covid dosis 2 disini. Kaget, ternyata pelayanannya ramah dan cepat (banget). Dari saya pertama tiba di tempat sampai selesai mendapat surat tanda selesai vaksin hanya memakan waktu 15 menit. Tapi memang ketika saya datang pada jam 10.30, kondisinya sudah tidak terlalu ramai. Kalau mengacu ke kondisi ketika saya datang sih, pelayanan puskesmas Ketapang mantap banget.
Covid vaccine dose 2 here. Surprised, it turned out that the service was friendly and fast (very). From when I first arrived at the place until I got a letter of completion of the vaccine, it only took 15 minutes. But indeed when I arrived at 10.30, the conditions were not too crowded. If you refer to the conditions when I arrived, the service at the Ketapang Health Center is really good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokter umum nya jutek yg cowok ga ke dokter Miki dulu g gtu"amat perkara d panggil ga denger aj jadi kmna tau angkuh bngt jadi dokter?buat staf yang lain nya si ramah cuma kndala di dokter umum cowok nya aja yg angkuh.
The general doctor is a jerk, the guy doesn't go to Miki's doctor before, it's really a matter of being called and you can't hear it, so how do you know it's so arrogant to be a doctor for the other staff, the friendly ones are the only problem at the general doctor, the guy is just arrogant.
