untuk pelayanan dosis 2 vaksin sinovac dan astrazeneca dilakukan di universitas mercu buana dan puskesmas kecamatan kembangan pendaftaran melalui aplikasi Jaki di playstore

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan nya sangat tidak memuaskan karena petugas2nya cuek dan sangat tidak ramah terhadap pasien, seharusnya yg sebagai atasan di perhatikan lebih detail lgi SOP pegawai2nya dan di beri2 training dan motivasi agar lebih baik lgi pelayanannya, karena pelayanan juga sangat penting dalam kepuasan pasien, mohon ini menjadi perhatian utk kedepannya yg lebih baik terkait pelayanan untuk kesan nama baik puskesmas meruya selatan, thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Semua pelayanan pemerintah hanya untuk penyakit covid. Penyakit lainnya tidak mau dilayanai dengan alasan pembagian waktu/tenaga medis,dsbg.Kalau pasien darurat/sekarat bagaimana??? Pusat kesehatan masyarakat kini seakan tidak berguna dan tidak berperan penting seakan hanya 1 penyakit dibangsa dan dunia ini cuma COPID.
All government services are only for covid disease. Other diseases do not want to be treated for reasons of time division/medical personnel, etc. What about emergency/dying patients??? Public health centers now seem useless and do not play an important role as if there is only 1 disease in the nation and this world is only COPID.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yth kepada kepala pimpinan dan para pegawai puskesmas kelurahan meruya selatan 1, pegawainya baik, sangat membantu, melayani yang terbaik semampunya. Salut dengan kondisi nakes saat ini, kalian hebat. Tetapi menurut saya mereka butuh bantuan lebih dari sisi tenaga kerja (mungkin bisa nambah anak magang/dokter koas mungkin?) dan developing in manajemen area (assessment, training, motivasi dll) agar fasilitas dan pelayanannya lebih baik dan professional lagi. (Benchmark dari puskesmas lain yang saya sempat datangi saat pandemi) ada puskesmas lain yang menurut saya pelayanan lebih baik dan professional. No offense ya.. demikian kritik dan saran saya. Semoga bisa diterima dengan baik. Demi indonesia yang lebih baik. :) salam sehat selalu.
Dear to the head of leadership and employees of the meruya Selatan 1 urban village health center, the employees are good, very helpful, serve the best they can. Kudos to the current state of health workers, you guys are great. But in my opinion, they need more help from the workforce (maybe they can add interns/koas doctors maybe?) and developing in management areas (assessment, training, motivation, etc.) so that the facilities and services are better and more professional. (Benchmarks from other health centers that I visited during the pandemic) there are other health centers that I think have better and more professional services. No offense yes.. that's my criticism and suggestions. Hopefully it will be well received. For a better Indonesia. :) greetings healthy always.
