Tolong yang baca ulasan ini,,bidan itu harusnya ramah dan membuat nyaman karna demi kebaikan calon ibu dan anak,,bukan malah di ketusin...
Sangat gak rekommended banget,,kalau gak terpaksa mendingan langsung ke puskesmas kecamatan...

I really don't recommend it, if you don't have to go directly to the sub-district puskesmas ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bener bener kecewa dengan pelayanan imunisasi di puskesmas ini. hari ini tanggal 23 Juni 2021 saya yang biasa imunisasi di puskesmas kebon jeruk di suruh pindah imunisasi di kelurahan sukabumi selatan dulu sementara karna di puskesmas kebon jeruk sedang lockdown. Karna saya takut tiap puskesmas mempunyai waktu waktu yg berbeda dalam imunisasi saya langsung datang kesana untuk nanya dulu 'bener ngga pak disini bisa imunisasi saya dari puskesmas kebon jeruk katanya sana lagi lockdown trus tadi katanya bisa disini,saya mau nanya dulu aja sih gapapa imunisasi nya besok soalnya suami saya tadi ga begitu denger saya takut jadwal nya juga beda gtu'tapi satpam nya langsung nanya kedalam apa masih bisa imunisasi dan ternyata katanya yaudh gapapa bisa langsung ke loket aja setelah saya selesai dari loket saya diarahkan ke ruang periksa dan ternyata disana ada yg pake kemeja putih dan 1 lagi bidan pake APD pink sedang main hp ga lama saya suruh masuk DAN KETIKA BARU MASUK SAYA LANGSUNG DIBENTAK" DI BILANG 'EMANG SATPAM NYA GA NYURUH HARI SENEN AJA? Today, June 23, 2021, I used to immunize at the Kebon Jeruk Public Health Center, I was told to move immunizations to the Sukabumi Selatan Village, temporarily because the Kebon Jeruk Community Health Center is currently on lockdown. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . IT'S 11 o'clock already' THAT'S ALWAYS SAYED MANY TIMES" AND BECAUSE OF MY BPJS KEBON ORANGE, BUT MY ADDRESS IS GROGOL SOUTH I SAY I INTENDEDLY TAKE CARE AWAY "WANT TO CHECK WHAT'S GOING TO GO". From the past, my BPJS used to be a citrus garden because I lived in Kelapadua BUT SINCE MARRIAGE I MOVE TO GROGOL SOUTH AND I AM ALREADY ABOUT TREATING THERE AND KEBONJERUK WAS NOT A PROBLEM FROM WHICH I WAS NOT PREGNANT WHEN I WAS PREGNANT, I HAVE BEEN PREGNANT AT MUCH HERE IS EVEN INTENDED AND INSIIR " LIKE THAT . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

Selamat pagi, saya seorang ibu hamil yang menggunakan BPJS untuk pelayanan KIA di wilayah kelurahan sukabumi selatan, dengan email ini saya ingin melaporkan ada nya ketidak nyamanan pelayanan yang dilakukan seorang bidan KIA bernama BIDAN HERLINA.
Keluhan :
1. TIDAK BISA PASANG KB SPIRAL
(Keponakan saya KB spiral,beliau malah bilang kalau ada apa2 jangan salahin saya, loh kok bidan kaya gitu?? Keponakan saya gak mau ambil resiko akhirnya membatalkan pemasangan tetapi Bidan itu bujuk untuk tetap pasang.. WALHASIH setelah 1 th pasang untuk yg 5th keponakan saya hamil..setelah dilihat by USG spiral hilang )
2. Ketika saya periksa jadwal. Saya mengajukan pertanyaan2 kebetulan ini anak pertama jd butuh arahan. Namun bidan menjawab tidak sesuai jawaban malah membentak2 dan menyalahkan saya.
3. Salah perhitungan kehamilan
Dimana 4 minggu lalu saya periksa usia 20 minggu, setelah saya periksa lagi Usia kehamilan saya 22 minggu. Apa mungkin dalm waktu 1 bulan hanya bertambah 2 minggu?
Mohon di tindak lanjuti ketidak nyamanan ini. Kami rakyat indonesia berhak mendapatkan layanan BPJS yang setiap bulan kami bayar.

Good morning, I am a pregnant woman who uses BPJS for MCH services in the sub-district of Sukabumi Selatan, with this email I would like to report the inconvenience of the service provided by a KIA midwife named BIDAN HERLINA.
Complaints:
1. CANNOT INSTALL SPIRAL KB
(My nephew had a spiral KB, he even said if there was anything, don't blame me, how come the midwife is rich ?? My nephew didn't want to take the risk and finally canceled the installation, but the midwife persuaded him to keep installing ... WALHASIH after 1 year of pairs for the 5th nephew I'm pregnant..after seen by ultrasound spiral is gone)
2. When I check the schedule. I ask coincidence questions, this is the first child so I need direction. However, the midwife answered that she did not answer and even shouted and blamed me.
3. Miscalculation of pregnancy
Where 4 weeks ago I checked the age of 20 weeks, after I checked again I was 22 weeks pregnant. Is it possible that in 1 month it will only increase by 2 weeks?
Please follow up on this inconvenience. We Indonesians are entitled to BPJS services which we pay every month.

Padahal udah ada bukunya dan jelas2 hasil usg juga masih 32 minggu..
Bikin bingung aja..
For midwives who don't understand pregnancy or what, the 32 weeks pregnant is called 36 weeks.
Even though I already have the book and it's clear that the ultrasound results are still 32 weeks old..
Don't be confused..
