β β β β β BPK yg pake baju putih ini bawa banyak orang untuk vaksin tanpa pakai nomor antrian seenaknya aja gak menghargai kami yg sudah ngantri dari subuh dan pak pololisi beserta petugasnya gak ada ke adilannya
Giliran kami orang kecil orang miskin Dateng telat nomor antrian abis di suruh pulang lagi

Kl bukan buat vaksin saya malas kesini selain peralatan yang kurang memadai,. pelayanannya juga kurang bagus,ada sih beberapa yg ramah,tp banyakan yg judesnya.
3 times back and forth for vaccines, queue numbers always run out,
If it's not for vaccines, I'm lazy to come here other than inadequate equipment. the service is also not good, there are some who are friendly, but most are bitchy.

β β β β β Manajemen nya musti diganti, tadinya nggak mau komen karena Puskesmas kelurahan sendiri tapi bagaimana lagi. Karena saya juga orang pemerintahan dan bagian pelayanan ketika ada kabar vaksin covid habis subuh saya antri biar saya juga bisa ke kantor pagi2, dari 05.30 dah antri dan dapat antrian jam 06.00, saya pulang dulu buat mandi dan sarapan karena saya tahu pelayanan pasti dibuka jam 07.30, saya datang kesana jam 7.15 dikasih lagi form pengisian dengan nomor antrian yang baru, jadi antrian yang pagi2 ngak dipakai, kenapa nggak di infokan antrian dimulai jam 7.00, kan bisa di infokan memakai kertas antrian vaksin dimulai pukul 7.00 segitu mudahnya. Kami menghargai pekerjaan mereka, tapi tolong jangan merasa penting dan tidak menghargai orang lain. Akhirnya saya putuskan tidak jadi vaksin saat ini karena saya juga harus ke kantor melayani masyarakat juga

We value their work, but please don't feel important and disrespect other people. Finally I decided not to be a vaccine at this time because I also have to go to the office to serve the community too

β β β β β Vaksin disini barbar banget.. langsung suntiknya gak pelan2... + Gak dikasih kapas, darah dibiarin nyerocos... Gak mikir bakal infeksi apa nantinya... Gak profesional banget sumpah
The vaccines here are very barbaric...the injections are not slow... + No cotton swabs are given, the blood is allowed to spill... I don't think about what infection will be later... Not very professional I swear

β β β β β Pelayanan yang diberikan petugas mulai dari satpam, administrasi, cek awal tekanan darah hingga bidan/dokter diruangan sangat membantu, baik, informatif dan cepat (karena saya datang pagi blm ada orang dpt antrian 1 saat pandemi) semua ber APD lengkap mulai dr satpam hingga petugas dan dokter/bidan. Prokes ok. Tetap jaga kualitas pelayanan dan tingkatkan. Demi indonesia yang lebih baik. Salam sehat selalu :)
The services provided by officers ranging from security guards, administration, initial blood pressure checks to midwives/doctors in the room were very helpful, kind, informative and fast (because I came in the morning no one got queue 1 during a pandemic) all had complete PPE starting from security guards to officers and doctors/midwives. Process ok. Continue to maintain the quality of service and improve. For a better Indonesia. Greetings always :)
