Pukskesmas lubang buaya yang masih aktif di musim corona. Alhamdulillah fasilitas lengkap. Disini tidak menerima surat jalan kesehatan. Dan maaf disini terkadang lama saat bergilirannya antrian, apa lagi jika ada proses ke 2xnya penyemprotan disinfectan. Kami semua yang mengantri bisa menunggu selama 45 menit. Semoga bisa di ubah jadi lebih baik dalam giliran antrian. Terimakasih ?
Pukskesmas crocodile hole which is still active in the corona season. Alhamdulillah complete facilities. Here do not receive a medical pass. And sorry here, sometimes it takes a long time to take turns in the queue, what's more if there is a 2x process of spraying disinfectants. All of us in line could have waited 45 minutes. Hopefully it can be changed to be better in queuing turns. Thank you ?

Bawa anak kecil nungu obat aja 2 jam belum jadi juga sedangkan anak saya sudah badanya panas payah pelayananya gaji aja minta di gedein ayo mentri yg terkait di perbaikin pelayananya

penanganannya bnr2 bad bgd.. ga prnh cepet.. nunggu obat berjam2.. trnytaa blm dibuat .. bnyak2 sabar..
the handling is really bad.. never fast.. waiting for the medicine for hours.. apparently it hasn't been made yet.. a lot of patience..

Pelayanan nya payah tidak ramah dibiarkan antri selama 3 jam dari (8 pagi - 11 siang), untuk vaksin kedua di permasalahkan surat domisili aturan ya aturan kenapa yg lain diberikan lolos giliran saya gak dikasih, harusnya informasi nya lengkap diberitahukan sebelumnya. Kecewa dengan pelayanan yg buruk!
The service is lousy, unfriendly, left in a queue for 3 hours from (8 am - 11 pm), for the second vaccine, there is a problem with the domicile letter. Disappointed with bad service!

Kesan pertama datang dan berobat kemari: 1. Pegawai nggak ramah terkesan songong, nada bicara ketus dan menggurui terutama yg di lantai 2 (medcheck) 2. Petugas yg berjaga menggunakan seragam ungu tolong gaya bicaramu ditingkatkan sopan dan santun kepada pasien yg berobat 3. Kurang-kurangi bermain smartphone saat jam kerja. Ini pelayanan milik pemerintah kok kayak gini
First impressions come and get treatment here: 1. Unfriendly employees seem snobbish, curt and patronizing tone especially those on the 2nd floor (medcheck) 2. The officer on duty wears a purple uniform, please improve your speaking style, be polite and courteous to patients who seek treatment 3. Play less on your smartphone during working hours. How come this is a government-owned service?

bad attitude bngt, asli kesana karna recomendasi pak lurah untuk ngurus kelengkapan berkas dan bokap gue diwajibin check-up gula darah dan minta surat keterangan jeda vaksin kalo memang gula darah bokap gue tinggi disini, woww dateng pelayanannya 0 bngt, dari dateng nanya satpam disuruh tanya ke dokter yg ditenda, semua dokter lg ngobrol semua dan gamau diganggu padahal kita nanya baik baik buat diarahin, boro boro di arahin, kita justru di anggep kaya manusia yg ga punya uang dilayanin kaya gitu, maaf ya pak/bu punya uang/ ga nya orang gabisa diliat dari penampilan, penampilan saya memang cuma kaosan tp dompet tetep bisa ko bayar kalian, dan akhirnya gue lebih milih ngurus semuanya dirs swasta, heran ko bisa ya semua dokter bad attitude gitu bisa praktik, miris bngt :)
really bad attitude, originally there because of the lurah's recommendation to take care of the completeness of the files and my father was obliged to check blood sugar and ask for a certificate of vaccination break if my father's blood sugar was high here, woww came the service was 0 really good, from coming to ask the security guard was told to ask to a doctor who is in a tent, all the doctors are talking and don't want to be disturbed even though we ask whether it's good to be directed, it's bad to be directed, we are actually treated like humans who don't have money, we're sorry, sir/madam, have money or not People can't see it from appearances, my appearance is just a t-shirt but I can still pay for your wallet, and in the end I prefer to take care of everything from private directors, I'm surprised that all doctors with bad attitudes can practice, it's really sad :)
