★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan kurang bagus, terutama pelayanan vaksinnya. Masa dibikin kuota 300 orang perhari, ya pasti orang bakal berebutan dan memicu kerumunan. Harusnya dijadwalin pake sistem online. Ayo berbenah!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jam 5an ke sini saat langit masih gelap. Sudah banyak orang di luar gerbang pada kecewa katanya nomor antrian vaksin sudah habis. Kalau jam segini sudah habis maka harus ambil jam berapa? Mustahil kalo gak ada permainan. Tolong dibenahi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya kurang baik. Pertama kali datang kesini untuk buat surat keterangan sehat dan surat tidak buta warna. Pas datang itu kondisi puskes sepi tidak ada pasien dan lagi jam istirahat. Dan dikasih tau sama bapak² di luar gatau itu beliau sebagai apa kerjanya, dibilang kalau untuk surat sehat bayarnya 15 rb dan tidak buta warna bayarnya 10 rb jadi total bayar 25 rb. Pas masuk, dibagian pendaftaran bapak²nya bilang bayarnya 30 rb. Saat itu dompet saya tertinggal di mobil dan hanya ada uang 25 rb di saku celana dan jarak dari puskes ke tempat parkir mobil agak jauh dengan kondisi jalanan yang menanjak. Akhirnya si bapak petugas pendaftaran itu menerima uang saya yg 25 rb itu dengan terpaksa. Kurang ramah juga si bapak itu melayaninya. Waktu tunggu dokter untuk pemeriksaan itu agak lama ternyata saya sudah dilompati 2 pasien, padahal saya daftar pertama. Kata dokternya yang periksa nama saya ga keliatan di komputer. Tolong diperbaiki lagi pelayanannya. Terimakasih.

When I entered, the registration section said the father would pay 30 thousand. At that time I left my wallet in the car and there was only 25 thousand in my pants pocket and the distance from the health center to the car park was a bit far with the road conditions being uphill. In the end, the registration officer accepted my 25 thousand dollars by force. The father was also less friendly to serve him. The doctor's waiting time for the examination was a bit long, it turned out that I had already been skipped by 2 patients, even though I was the first to register. The doctor said that the one who checked my name didn't appear on the computer. Please improve the service again. Thank you.
