★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya sudah datang ketiga kalinya, sayangnya petugas pendaftaran kurang baik jutek dan judes alhamdulillah untuk asisten dokter gigi nya ok banget jadi terbayar sudah rasa keki di bagian pendaftaran
I've come for the third time, unfortunately the registration officer is not good at jutek and bitchy, thank God for the dental assistant, it's really ok, so it's paid off already feeling awkward at the registration section

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hari ini datang untuk baca hasil mantoux anak. Krn diinfo dari dokter sebelumnya kalau hari sabtu hasil masih bisa dibaca, dan puskesmas ini tutup jam 11. Sekitar jam 9pagi saya kesana. Dokter jaga berbeda dengan dokter yg menyuntikan mantoux waktu itu. Lalu dokter hari ini membentak2 saya kenapa baru dtg hari ini krn hasil sudah tidak bisa dibaca. Jelas saya dtg hari ini krn dokter yg sebelumnya bilang masih bisa dihari sabtu. Yang saya kecewa dan permasalahkan dokter hari ini sabtu pagi (saya tidak tau namanya siapa) laki2. Memberitahu saya dengan cara membentak dan nada tinggi. TIDAK ADA ETIKA dan SOPAN SANTUN sebagai dokter. Apalagi sebagai dokter yang bertugas di pelayanan pemerintahan. Saya sangat kecewa dengan pelayanan dokternya. Berbanding terbalik dengan security nya masyaAllah sopan dan ramah.
Today came to read child mantoux results. Because I was informed by the doctor earlier that on Saturday the results can still be read, and this puskesmas closes at 11. Around 9 am I went there. The doctor on duty was different from the doctor who injected Mantoux at that time. Then the doctor today snapped at me why he only came today because the results can't be read. Obviously I came today because the doctor who previously said it was still possible on Saturday. What I'm disappointed and concerned about is the doctor today Saturday morning (I don't know his name) male. Tells me in a snarling and high-pitched manner. THERE IS NO ETHICS and MANNERS as a doctor. Especially as a doctor who served in government services. I am very disappointed with the doctor's service. In contrast to the security, masya Allah is polite and friendly.
