Saya kecewa dgn pelayanan yg tdk memuaskan dari puskesmas Pondok Gede, saat saya melakukan pemeriksaan utk berobat. Dr. Yuneti selaku yg menangani pelayanan yg kurng baik dan attitude 0 pada saat sy berobat, sangat di sygkan ada dokter seperti ini
I was disappointed with the unsatisfactory service from the Pondok Gede Health Center, when I did an examination for treatment. Dr. Yuneti as the one who handles the service that is not good and has a 0 attitude when I go to treatment, it is very sad that there is a doctor like this

Kinerja yg sangat tidak bisa di apresiasi dr tenaga kesehatan jika bekerja hanya karena uang tanpa ketulusan utk membantu org dgn pelayanan yg lebih baik. Bisa di liat dari semua ulasan, semua menggambarkan bahwa kinerja puskesmas ini tdk bagus. Harus ada evaluasi dr pihak penanggung jwb puskesmas ini!
Performance that can't be appreciated by health workers if you work just for money without sincerity to help people with better service. It can be seen from all the reviews, all of them illustrate that the performance of this puskesmas is not good. There must be an evaluation from the person in charge of this puskesmas!

Saya periksa kandungan di sini sangat tidak ramah, setelah tau ktp saya masih alamat Tangerang pelayanan nya jutek, dan cuek. Setelah saya liat-liat ulasan juga tidak sedikit yang mengatakan pelayanan di sini agak buruk. Ternyata memang buruk. Lokasinya juga bau sampah. Tempat pelayanan kesehatan tapi bikin kesehatan terganggu karna bau.

Daftar via Mobile JKN tidak berlaku. Nomor Antrian secara manual bisa diambil mulai Jam 06:30 untuk Pelayanan mulai Jam 08:00. Bagi yang membutuhkan Vaksin Covid, jangan langsung datang kesini, karena akan ditolak oleh Petugas. Sebaiknya hubungi Pamor / Petugas Kelurahan terlebih dahulu untuk mengetahui Jadwal dan Lokasi Vaksin C19

Saat ini saya akan membahas pelayanan penderita Covid yang diberikan oleh BIDAN DEBY, dimana hasilnya sangat tidak memuaskan. Kejadian berawal pada saat bulan Januari 2021, dimana saya sekeluarga terjangkit Covid dan harus seorang diri mengurus pengobatan kedua orang tua dan 3 ART dirumah. Dengan kondisi antigen negatif tetapi memiliki gejala, sesuai dengan algoritma screening Covid yang dimiliki Kemenkes pada saat itu, saya berhak mendapatkan pemeriksaan PCR dari puskesmas, tetapi permintaan saya tsb DITOLAK mentah2 oleh BIDAN DEBY tanpa mau mendengarkan penjelasan saya dengan pernyataan bahwa hasil ANTIGEN NEGATIF saya MUTLAK. Hingga akhirnya saat tsb saya melalukan PCR mandiri dan terkonfirmasi positif. Apakah petugas kesehatan dengan keilmuan yang tidak memadai eligible untuk melakukan pelayanan? Tidak selesai saat itu, kontak saya di BLOCK oleh BIDAN DEBY tanpa alasan, apakah pantas petugas kesehatan melakukan tindakan tersebut terhadap pasien yang membutuhkan pertolongan puskesmas? Mohon untuk puskesmas melakukan evaluasi terhadap kinerja BIDAN DEBY karena banyak pasien potensial covid yg dilayani ditolak karena konsep filtering yang salah.

Until that time, I did an independent PCR and it was confirmed positive. Are health workers with inadequate knowledge eligible to provide services? It didn't end at that time, my contact was blocked by the midwife DEBY for no reason, is it appropriate for health workers to take this action against patients who need help from the puskesmas? We ask that the puskesmas conduct an evaluation of the performance of the DEBY midwife because many potential covid patients served are rejected because of the wrong filtering concept.
