Ada seorang ibu petugas Cleaning service yg tingkah lakunya seperti pemilik Puskesmas. Prilakunya benar-benar sangat mengesalkan, anehnya kok ga pernah ada teguran keras dari kepala puskesmas. Atau mungkin kepala puskesmas belum tahu, mudah-mudahan tulisan ini menjadi masukan buat kepala puskesmas. Saya tidak habis pikir ibu petugas cleaning service itu kok ga sadar jika gaji/honor yg diterima dari masyarakat kok bisa menghadapi masyarakat yg datang berobat bahasanya benar-benar tdk punya rasa santun. Suatu hari emosi saya hampir saja terpancing jika tidak berfikir jauh, sebab seolah-olah gedung dan aktivitas di peskesmas ini dia yang mengatur. Kalau bagus okelah tapi bahasanya yg bikin muak..!! Semoga kedepan ada teguran dan perubahan terhadap petugas ibu cleaning tersebut, sebab bukan tidak mungkin suatu saat jika akhlaknya tidak berubah bisa saja orang lain akan bertindak diluar batas terhadapnya. Terus terang saya jadi males ke Puskesmas jika sakit ringan mending obat warung atau ngerasain sendiri, ketimbang melihat ibu petugas Puskesmas. Kan percuma alih-alih berobat fisik sembuh hati malah sakit...

Sya datang ke sana dengan niat mau berobat anak Kpi karna bpjs bya bukan di jati saya tidak bisa berobat. Padahal saya blang gkpp saya bayar tpi cekurity nya tetap tidak bolehin. Jdi gmana kalo yang punya bpjs di luar kota apa dia harus plang ke kampungnya dlu baru bisa berobat. Saya ksna jati karna rumah saya dekat dsna dan sepi. Saya gk mungkin bawa ke kuskesmas kecamatan yang rame anak saya masih 3 tahn tolong di jawab

Hari ini tanggal 5 agustus saya melakukan vaksinasi ke 2 di puskesmas ini .. Info nya , datang pagi untuk taroh surat vaksin yang pertama dan datang lagi jam 7 pagi untuk ambil nomer urut vaksin , saya pagi jam 4 datang untuk taroh surat vaksin yang pertama berharap dapat nomer urut pertama karna saya 3 orang dan datang kembali jam 7 untuk ambil nomer urut , kenapa pas saya sampai ternyata nomer saya sudah urutan ke 20-22 , berati yang salah petugas disini lah , gila aja saya datang dari jam 4 berharap dapat no urut 1-3 , ini malah dapet no hrut 20-22

17/2/2022 pagi ini saya bawa anak saya imunisasi. Saat mau tebus obat, petugas apotik nya judes bgt, GA sabaran. Namanya jg bawa anak lg nangis kejer, harusnya sabar lah.
