β β β β β Ada dokter yg kurang nice dengan pasien seinget saya namanya Debi dan dokter perempuan, seharusnya dokter itu ramah dan menunjukkan sikap yg baik. Apa mungkin karna pengguna bpjs jadi menanggapi pasien suka2. Admin2nya pun banyak yg kurang ramah, apalagi kalau pakai kartu BPJS. BPJS kan program pemerintah dan kantor, perusahaan bagus pun pakai BPJS, bukan berarti yg pakai BPJS orang ga mampu, pakai BPJS itu memanfaatkan fasilitas kantor yg sudah potong gaji karyawan. Ngapain bayar pakai pribadi kalau dapet fasilitas BPJS dari kantor.
Kalau petugas reception dan dokter disini jutek mending jadi admin didepan komputer dibelakang layar saja. Yg pake BPJS itu banyak kali yg lebih rich dari petugas di klinik tersebut hehehe.

BPJS is a government and office program, even good companies use BPJS, it doesn't mean that those who use BPJS are poor people, using BPJS takes advantage of office facilities that have cut employee salaries. Why pay for personal use if you get BPJS facilities from the office.
If the reception staff and doctors here are jutek, it's better to be an admin in front of the computer behind the screen. Those who use BPJS are many times richer than the staff at the clinic, hehehe.

β β β β β Klinik yang tidak pantas jadi rujukan berobat. Saya tdk menyarankan kepada siapapun.sebenarnya saya sudah liat reviewnya, tp mau mencoba mgkn saya lebih beruntung.
Hari ini jam 8.40 pagi, saya antar kakak saya ke Klinik Ratnasari untuk minta surat pengantar cek mamografi ke lab prodia. Kata resepsionisnya yg ogah2an bilang dokternya tidak ada. Ternyata dokternya sedang mandi dan saya ketemu di teras. Akhirnya saya bilang itu dokternya ada. Akhirnya dipersilahkan masuk. Tp kata dokternya yg belagu itu, dia tidak mau mengeluarkan surat pengantar karena menurut dia biasanya tidak perlu dan kami jd eyel2an. Yaudahlah kami mengalah mending ke klinik lain saja. Kami ttp bayar biaya 100rb untuk konsultasi yang tidak ada gunanya.
Klinik macam apa ini. Saya sanksi dia dokter.
Gimana klo menangani gawat darurat? Pasien akan jadi sperti apa? Klinik ini cm ambil keuntungan dari tagihan pasien faskes bpjs ke pemerintah.
Tolong untuk kemenkes di cabut aja surat ijinnya.

β β β β β klinik ratna sari, tidak recommmed soalnya kalo berobat hanya di duitin aja, saya berobat bulan november 2021dikasih obat expired bulan november 2021, gmn mau sembuh ujung ujungnya ditawarin suntik, dan biaya lumayan besar dan akhirnya saya beli obat sendiri, percuma pakai bpjs, dan waktu itu saya pernah fertigo, dicek kagak sama dokternya eh malah disuruh langsung bawa kerumah sakit, sampai rumah sakit, kata dokter , klo fertigo aja sebenernya klinik juga bisa, jadi harus bagaimana!!!, dan berobat kista juga pernah tidak dipegang sama sekali, akhirnya saya betobat ke rs, sampai rumah sakit dicek dan katanya suruh operasi kecil, dan akhirnya saya operasi alhamdulillah di ada sakit dan benjolan pun diangkat, dan untuk surat sehat mahalnya minta ampun 200rb, CUKUP SUDAH FASKES KE KLINIK RATNA SARI, tidak memecahkan masalah jadi malah masalah dan mengekuarkan uang,

I'm a bpjs user, I really don't recommend it. Service is not good and doctors are not friendly to patients. It's better to just move health facilities

Pelayanan sangat buruk, tidak ramah.
Harganya gak masuk akal mahalnya, harga obat pun jauh di atas kewajaran. Tdk jelas merk apa, obat generik yg std pun bisa digetok sampe 350-400 ribuan, padahal harga normalnya gak sampe 10 rb.
Masih lebih jelas ke igd RS sekitarnya dg tindakan yg sama cm 150 rb, di klinik ini bisa sampe 900 rb.

β β β β β bener bener seburuk itu. obat mahal, dokter tidak mau mendengarkan keluhan pasien terlebih dahulu, kasirnya main hp mulu padahal dari jauh sudah keliatan ada pelanggan yang baru pintu tapi malah tetep dimainin hpnya.
ibu saya cuma sakit perut masa obat sampe 50rban lebih? udah mana langsung kasih resep obat ga didengerin dulu keluhannya.

β β β β β Klinik gak rekomendasi, parah gak mendengarkan keluhan pasien. Pelayanan jutek dan obatnya gak jelas. Memang judulnya 24 jam tapi pelayanan ogah2an. Pemberian masukan juga gak solutif, malah keluhan disangkal sama bagian admin. Padahal kita yg merasakan sakitnya. Yang mau berobat disini coba pikir dulu.. dari rating juga kelihatan. Daripada nyesel. Saya sakit tipes aja dibilang flu. Aneh banget..
