β β β β β Jauh2 dateng kesini mau minta pelayanan tapi petugasnya jutek bgt. Mau minta surat keterangan sakit gw bilang baik2, dijawab gak jual. Gak ngasih opsi lain gtu liat orang sakit. Pas gw tanya klo berobat gmna, dy bilang klo siang gak nerima pembuatan sueat sakit. Lah masa siang gak boleh sakit. Katanya pelayanan 24 jam!!!!!!
Far here, I want to ask for service, but the officers are still very busy. I want to ask for a statement of illness, I said it's fine, it's answered, it's not selling. Don't give any other options, see that people are sick. When I asked if I got treatment, dy said if the afternoon did not accept the making of sueat sick. Lah, no day can not hurt. He said the service was 24 hours !!!!!!

β β β β β Datang mau minta rujukan tetapi dari daftar tidak di info TIDAK BISA!!!... Saat diperiksa, dokternya JUTEX. Ngomong lsg nge gas bukan dengan nada baik, "kenapa periksanya siang bukannya pagi,??" Dokter apa tidak tahu ya, setiap orang punya kepentingan pribadi masingΒ². Harusnya menjadi hak pasien mau berobat kapan saja, PUSKESMAS PUNYA ATURAN, tp sudah seharusnya flexible, bukan mengikuti kemauan dokter/bidan ( itu sendiri ). Sudah tugas kalian melayani setiap pasien, apa karena menggunakan BPJS sehingga perlakuan ke setiap pasien dibeda-bedakan. Sumpah kecewa banget baru pertama x ke PUSKESMAS JAGAKARSA 2, tetapi SANGAT SANGAT DISAPPOINTED ???...
Came to ask for a referral, but the list didn't tell you CAN'T!!!... When checked, the doctor was JUTEX. Just say gas, not in a good tone, "why do you check in the afternoon instead of in the morning??" Doctors don't know, everyone has their own personal interests. It should be the patient's right to seek treatment at any time, PUSKESMAS HAVE RULES, but it should be flexible, not following the wishes of the doctor/midwife (itself). It's your job to serve every patient, is it because you use BPJS so that the treatment for each patient is different. I swear I'm really disappointed for the first time going to PUSKESMAS JAGAKARSA 2, but VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED ???...

β β β β β Pegawai bagian administrasi di puskesmas jagakarsa 2 ini tau gak artinya pelayanan atau pimpinannya tidak mengajarkan bagaimana tata cara pelayanan yang baik? Dasar dari pelayanan, sapa, senyum, ramah, sopan dan masih banyak lagi. Cobalah untuk lebih baik lagi sudah tidak jaman nya lagi sombong dan egois.

Dokternya ramah ramah dan juga merupakan kawasan bebas asap rokok .
Tempat parkir juga tersedia

β β β β β D tujukan ke sini untuk vaksin ke 2. Sejauh ini sih pelayanan cukup baik krn ngga pake antri panjang. Suster ad yg ramah ada yg jutek. Yaaa mgkn kecapekan melayani pasien yg ini itu x yak. Tp ya kembali lg ke sumpah profesi. Siapapun apapun bagaimanapun ya hrs melayani dengan baik.
I'm here for the 2nd vaccine. So far, the service is pretty good because there's no long queues. There are friendly ad sisters who are rude. Yes, maybe I'm tired of serving this patient, right? But yes, back to the professional oath. Whoever, however, must serve well.

β β β β β Jelek sekali pelayanannya, pegawainya jutek2 dan sangat tidak ramah. Situasi urgent malah disuruh nunggu, oke sih jam kerja ada istirahatnya tapi masalahnya ini urgent harus buru2 pegawainya malah ketawa2 di dalam. Pelayanan masyarakat kok begini, bener2 mengecewakan
The service is very bad, the employees are rude and very unfriendly. Urgent situations are even told to wait, okay, work hours have breaks but the problem is urgent, the employees have to hurry and laugh inside. Why is public service like this, really disappointing
