β β β β β Kesini mau minta surat rujukan, soalnya mau ke dokter tht di tempat lain.
Saya datang jam 8an pagi, lalu tanya dengan petugas laki laki.
?'Pak kalau mau ke poli tht bisa ga?'
?'Oh ga bisa mba, disini cuma ada poli umum'
?'Oh, okey pak terimakasih'
Lalu saya sempat mau jalan keluar, tapi balik lagi buat tanya.
? 'Pak kalau saya mau minta surat rujukan ke tempat lain bisa ga ya?'
?'Bisa'
Karena si bapak bilang bisa saya akhirnya daftar (saya pasien pertama) dan menunggu, saya tau bakal lama tapi ga ngira bakal selama itu. Saya datang jam 8 dan dokter baru ada jam set11an, lalu saat dokternya dateng saya cuman ditanya - tanya, diberi beberapa nasehat dan diberi resep obat. Disini saya bingung karena saya kan mau ke dokter tht dan minta surat rujukan (karena saya sebelumnya juga sudah ke dokter umum dan sudah minum obat, tidak ada perkembangan). Sesudah diberi resep saya ke suster dan tanya dengan sangat baikΒ²
'Sus, maaf saya tadi minta surat rujukan, bagaimana ya?' tiba-tiba dokternya nyambung pertanyaan saya dan ngomel-ngomel eh si suster juga ikutan ngomel. Lah? Kan saya gatau dan hanya tanya baik baik, kalau saya salah tanya tentang surat rujukan saya, kan bisa di jawab baik baik dong. Saya juga bakalan terima kok kalo dijawab baik-baik. Kan padahal bisa dibilang/dijelaskan baik-baik kalau sebelum dapat surat rujukan dokter poli di klinik ini harus ambil tindakan lebih dulu, setelah itu kalau tidak ada perubahan baru bisa diberi surat rujukan (dan ga usah pakai nada tinggi).

Because the father said that I could finally register (I am the first patient) and wait, I knew it would take a long time but I didn't think it would be that long. I came at 8 o'clock and the new doctor was at 11 o'clock, then when the doctor came I was only asked questions, given some advice and given a prescription. Here I am confused because I want to go to an ENT doctor and ask for a referral letter (because I have also been to a general practitioner and have taken medicine, there is no progress). After being given my prescription to the nurse and asking very nicely
'Sus, sorry I asked for a referral letter, how about that?' suddenly the doctor continued my question and grumbled, eh the nurse also grumbled along. NS? I don't know and I'm just asking nicely, if I ask the wrong question about my referral letter, I can answer it nicely, right? I'll also appreciate it if you answer well. Even though it can be said/explained well that before getting a referral letter from a poly doctor at this clinic, you have to take action first, after that if there are no changes, a referral letter can be given (and you don't have to use a high tone).

β β β β β Kualitas pelayanan sangat buruk sekali
Bener bener ga ada perubahan malah sekarang udah kaya puskesmas, cuma di tanya sakit apaan ga di cek sama sekali, klo puskesmas wajar cuma bayar Rp. 2000 perak.
Saya walaupun pakai BPJS kesehatan tetap aja bayar bukan gratisan, fix pindah Faskes ke klinik lain, ogah banget deh di group nya pratama cahaya murni
Buat kalian yang mau pindah faskes ke klinik cahaya murni mendingan jangan dari pada nyesel kaya saya, mending sekalian ketauan di puskesmas dari pada disini
The quality of service is very bad
It's true that there is no change, even now it's like a puskesmas, only when asked what kind of pain is not checked at all, if the puskesmas is reasonable, it only pays Rp. 2000 silver.
Even though I use BPJS for health, I still pay not for free, fix moving health facilities to another clinic, really reluctant in the group, Pratama Pure Light
For those of you who want to move the health facilities to the pure light clinic, it's better not to regret it like me, it's better to find out at the puskesmas instead of here

β β β β β Datang 16 Juli 2020, cek up kehamilan usia 30 Minggu sekalian minta rujukan BPJS Buat ke RS. Pelayanan sudah lebih baik kok, lebih ramah. Semoga ke depannya selalu Oke
Come July 16, 2020, check up pregnancy at the age of 30 Weeks and also ask for referral BPJS Make to the hospital. The service is better, friendlier. Hopefully the future is always OK

β β β β β Baru kali ini gw berobat dokter dan staf nya bilang lagi istirahat, masa iya klinik semua staf dan dokter istirahat, klo pasien udh mendesak dan harus di periksa bagai mana yaa itu.. Mana pelayanan nya engga bgt sih anak kecil ambil darah di ruangan terbuka dan di suruh duduk, sumpah engga bgt deh.. Mikir mikir deh klo mau ke sini mending tempat lain dari pada ngedumel kaya gw, hahahahahahha...
This is the first time I went to the doctor and the staff said I was taking a break, is it time for the clinic, all staff and doctors to rest, if the patient is urgent and needs to be checked, how is it... Where is the service, isn't it great for a small child to take blood in an open room and I was told to sit down, I swear it wasn't that bad.. Think about it, if you want to come here, it's better to go somewhere else instead of squealing like me, hahahahahahha...

β β β β β Hanya saran aja soal daftar online untuk poli gigi, jika memang penuh mohon di infokan ke pasien..... saya wa dari jam 8.30 pagi ini tapi hanya contreng 1 alias hpnya tidak aktif sampai detik ini, Jam 16.31 saya tlp ke cahaya 1 bilang sudah penuh. Kalau memang penuh harap di infokan dari awal jadi pasien bisa ambil alternatif ke tempat lain. Jangan menunggu di tlp pasien baru dikasih info. Jadi tolong peningkatan respon yg lebih cepat. Just a suggestion about registering online for the dental clinic, if it's full, please inform the patient..... I've been wa since 8.30 this morning but only tick 1 aka the cellphone is not active until now, at 16.31 I called to light 1 it said already full. If it is full, please be informed from the start so the patient can take an alternative to another place. Don't wait on the phone for a new patient to be given information. So please improve faster response. Thank you

β β β β β Pasien bpjs dateng ke poli umum ga di periksa cuma tanya jawab aja, padahal bilang sakit tulang punggung cuma disuruh minum air rebusan daun salam, untungnya masih bisa untuk diminta buatkan rujukan ke rs. Selama covid ga 24 jam lagi.
The BPJS patient came to the general poly and wasn't checked, just asked and answered, even though he said he had back pain, he was only told to drink boiled water with bay leaves, luckily he could still be asked to make a referral to the hospital. During covid, no more 24 hours.
