Karena puskesmasnya layanan sehat hanya diperuntukkan untuk periksa hamil, vaksin bumil, imunisasi balita, KB dan Surat Keterangan Sehat jadi kalau berkunjung terasa aman, karena tidak antri bersama pengunjung sakit.

Dulu di Kec pasming trus dialihkan ke puskmsas kel kebagusan pas imunisasi anak pelayanannya gak bagus bgt bukan bikin nyaman tp bikin risih pdahal ini pelayanan kesehatan. Cara berbicaranya jg udah kaya ke temen sendiri bukan kaya ke "pasien yang dateng mau berobat".

Pertama cek lab umum kesini karna di alihkan dari pkm pasar minggu. Bu bidan di KIA dan bagian Lab ramah, pelayanan Bagus, untuk ibu hamil baru jadwalnya selasa&kamis. Pertama datang ambil nomor antrian. Namun, pelayanan di bagian pendaftaran kurang baik, keramahan terhadap pasien perlu ditingkatkan. Untuk cek lab bumil umum tanpa bpjs biaya 200rb.

Kalau pelayan lap darah kan biasnya di Puskesmas kecamatan pasar Minggu yang letak di Kebagusan .sedangkan lagi di renovasi apakah tetep sama lap pelayanan dari jam 8 sampai 7 malam atau gimana ya

Khusus KIA Minusnya - Pendaftaran masih manual - Pelayanan bag pendftran tidak ramah dan sedikit kurang sabar dalam menghadapi pertanyaan pasien - Stock obat/vit sering habis (entah krna pengguna BPJS) - Sulitnya mendapatkan surat rujukan untuk ibu hamil (mungkin nunggu sampai koleps baru di kasih)

Kemarin lepas implan ketemu bidan Novi.. Sangat ramah dan cekatan sekali.. Soal antrian wajar ya..namanya di puskesmas. Disini selama pandemi dikhususkan untuk imunisasi , KB dan periksa kehamilan..

Sulitnya minta rujukan USG meski hanya sekali saja, padahal bidan puskesmasnya yg menyatakan utk USG, di usia kehamilan 40 blm merasakan kontraksi sy minta rujukan malah disuruh menunggu smpai 41 minggu, sy gak mau donk, khawatir knpa2.. Karena sy terus desak akhirnya dikasih lah rujukan sehari stelah HPL, dan pas melahirkan ternyata ketuban sdh menghijau. Plis tolong jgn pelit² kasih rujukan utk USG kita gak pernah tau ada indikasi apa2 kalo gak diperiksa USG dlu

Because I kept pushing, I was finally given it referral a day after HPL, and when I gave birth, it turned out that the amniotic fluid had turned green. Pls, please don't be stingy, giving referrals for ultrasound, we never know if there are any indications if we don't get an ultrasound first

Pelayanan ga bagus bgt, saya pendarahan dialihkan Dr Puskesmas kec pasar minggu ke puskesmas kebagusan bukan dilayanin atau min diperiksa dulu, malah suru minta rujukan ke dokter umum! Jelas2 klo mau minta rujukan ke obgyn ya ke dokter obgyn alasan bukan karena kehamilan! Klo semua pelayan publik jelek begini Yg ada semua pasyen meninggal duluan karena proses adm bertele2! Dimana2 jelas2 klo pendarahan ya diperiksa sama dokter kandungan bukan dilempar ke dokter umum! Kecewa bgt sama pelayanan adminnya ga ada ramah2nya Yg ada belom diperiksa aj udah dibentak2! Saya hard complen bgt semoga dibaca sama pihak terkait biar jadi bahan pembelajaran klo pelayanan publik harus mengutamakan kenyamanan! Klo ga bisa ramah jgn ditaro di pelayanan!
The service wasn't very good, my bleeding was diverted by Dr. Puskesmas kec Pasar Minggu to the Kebagusan Health Center instead of being served or checked first, instead I asked for a referral to a general practitioner! Obviously, if you want to ask for a referral to an ob-gyn, go to an ob-gyn the reason is not because of pregnancy! If all public servants are ugly like this, all patients die first because the admin process is long! It's clear that if there's bleeding, it's checked by a gynecologist, not to a general practitioner! Very disappointed with the admin service, there is no friendliness. Those who are there have not been checked, they have been shouted at! I am very hard complen, hopefully it will be read by the relevant parties so that it can be used as learning material if public service must prioritize comfort! If you can't be friendly, don't put it on the service!
