Saya bawa bayi saya untuk imunisasi. Berangkat dari rumah jam 8. Sampai puakesmaa sudah ramai. Antrian sudah 15. Tapi ternyata untuk layanan imunisasi tidak pakai antrian. Kebetulan bayi saya pasien baru. Tidak pakai bpjs. Bayar adm hanya 2rb. Setelah itu isi form pasien baru. Pelayanannya cepat. Tapi petugasnya cuma kurang senyum aja ??

Incidentally my baby is a new patient. Don't use BPJs. Pay adm only 2 thousand. After that, fill in the new patient form. Fast service. But the officers just don't smile

Sudah koperatif juga lapor setiap hari selama 10 hari ..
Saya butuh ket surat isoman untuk lampiran kerja ..
Dan di infokan 3 hari kerja
Saya awalnyah bertanya sdh jadi belum ga ada balasan.. saya telp ke puskesmas ga ada jawaban.. adik saya dtgin puskesmas dibilang SURAT KET SUDAH ADA TAPI BELUM ADA KOP SURAT ?? Bingung ga loh !! Nahhh dimana mana sehari langsung jadi lah ini 3 hari ok tapi pas dtnya petugasnyah marah2 bls balesan wa syaa .. dibilang bisa dbantu tapi SITU susah dijelasin malah REPOT katanyah begituh ..
Petugas harusnyah yg Sabar ya Ga sii !!

I called the health center, there was no answer.. my sister arrived at the health center and said the LETTER KET IS ALREADY AVAILABLE BUT NO LETTER COPY ?? Confused lol!! Well, everywhere in a day, it's 3 days, ok, but when the officers get angry, they can reply, I can say that they can be helped, but it's hard to explain, it's a hassle, they say that.. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
Officers should be patient, Ga sii!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kesana utk imunisasi anak. Pelayanannya oke banget. Masuk ambil nomor antrian trus taruh buku pink dan nunggu untuk dipanggil.
Dokter ibu2nya yg imunisasi anak baik karena mau detail ajarin cara pegang bayi, pantau tinggi berat anak, sabar juga ngajarin.
Dokter sebelahnya yg ngajarin KB pun juga sabar. Dokternya meskipun sudah berumur tp sabar. Salut..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lokasi mudah di akses. Tapi tidak tersedia toilet. Toilet yg ada tidak dapat di gunakan karena rusak dengan alasan tidak ada air. Kasihan pasien yg butuh ke kamar kecil. Sudah berlangsung beberapa minggu dari check up ke crack up lagi masih rusak juga. dan sepertinya tidak ada perbaikan..
Location is easy to access. But there is no toilet available. The existing toilet cannot be used because it is broken on the grounds that there is no water. Pity the patient who needs to go to the restroom. It's been a few weeks from check up to crack up again it's still broken too. and there doesn't seem to be any improvement..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Merasa kecewa dengan pelayanan disini. Untuk membuat sertifikat imunisasi butuh waktu lama dan harus bolak-balik ke puskesmas. Sangat menguras waktu, tenaga dan uang. Sarannya cuma perbaiki saja pelayanannya. Syarat pembuatan sertifikat harusnya dipajang saja di papan pengumuman, daripada harus bolak-balik menunggu petugas. Kurang koordinasi antar bagian. Menghubungi puskesmas juga susah sekali, ditelpon tidak diangkat.
Disappointed with the service here. To make an immunization certificate it takes a long time and has to go back and forth to the puskesmas. It is very time consuming, energy and money. The only advice is to improve the service. The requirements for making certificates should only be displayed on the bulletin board, rather than having to go back and forth waiting for officers. Lack of coordination between departments. It is also very difficult to contact the puskesmas, the calls are not picked up.
