Untuk petugas / staff itu saya heran kenapa ya pelayanan sangat buruk sekali sangat tidak ramah.. Saya perhatikan jwb pasien yg lain pun bentak" ... Buset apa karena faktor Usia... Tolong lah ini pelayanan publik.... Untuk dok umum nya baik ngomong ga nyolot... Sebagai tenaga medis / staff pelayanan masyarakat Tolong lah ya itu sopan santun bertutur kata di jaga...tolong di bina untuk lebih ramah dalam pelayanan....

pelayanan kadang gjls padahal saya datang sesuai yg di bilang klo poli kb itu mulai jm 1 siang ehh pas kesana ga ada bidannya ,dan knp poli gigi itu harus selalu pagi2 bgt giliran udah datang cuman di kasih obat doang niat pengen cabut itu butuh bbrpa kali ksana ampe ngeluh2 baru di kasi rujukan . tolong yaa di perhatikan pelayanan nya jangan hanya karna kita pengguna bpjs lalu disepelekan ,kita samasama warga indonesia dan siapa juga yg mau sakit ? jangan sepelekan penyakit .ringan atau berat kan yg menjalani si pasien makanya dia pergi ke puskesmas itu dia mungkin sudah lelah atau memang bnr ingin segera di obati karna obat warung sudah dirasa tdk efektif .trrimakasih salam warga indonesia

Pelayanannya ga baik. Tadi sebelum sholat jumat saya anter adik ke puskes untuk periksa karna pinggangnya terasa sakit, dan bertemu dngn dokter cowo masih agak muda. Dia baru cerita pas sudah dirmh. pelayanan dan kata2nya malah melecehkan. Saya gabisa sebut apa itu, tapi tolong di lihat dan di proses agar lebih baik, title doktor tapi kelakuan nya menjijikan.!

Dari awal males banget imunisasi anak ke puskes karna ngantrinya pasti lama, tapi bulan kemaren akhirnya mau gak mau kesana karna suntikan IPV di bidan yang nanganin anakku gak ada, dan bener aja aku dateng setengah 8 dapet nomor antrian 13 di pendaftaran, dan nomor antrian pertama buat imunisasi, tapi gak di tanganin sebelum ada 10 anak yang imunisasi dateng, bener aja aku nunggu sampe ada 10 orang dateng dulu, alhasil jam 10 baru di tanganin, anakku udah nangis nangis, anak yang lain juga ampe heboh di dalem.. bad sumpah, gak mau lagi

Tolong ya ibu" bagian ngukur tensi ditraining lg, klo mau ngasih tau gausah pke marah". Ngomong baik" kan lebih enak di denger. Klo buat dokternya okesih, ngasih taunya jg bahasanya enak di denger. Gatau knp tiap ke puskes lenteng pasti ada aja pelayanan yg kurang memuaskan. Tolong dievaluasi lgi kinerjanya.
