Dokternya yang laki laki tidak ramah,saya di marah marahin, dia bilang kalo penjelasan saya ttg keluhan penyakit tidak jelas. Pulang pulang saya sampe nangis . Tolong diperbaiki pelayanannya . Saya sangat sakit hati.
The male doctor was not friendly, I was angry with him, he said that my explanation about the disease was not clear. When I came home I cried. Please improve the service. I am very hurt.

Parah bgt bagian KIA kmrn suruh vaksin jd ga kontrol hamil... Skrng giliran udah vaksin malah disuruh cek darah udah gitu di suruh USG pake duit sendiri... Gunanya BPJS apa? Kalo org mau kontrol jgn berbelat belit!!!!!
It's so bad that the KIA section ordered the vaccine so I couldn't control my pregnancy... Now it's my turn to get vaccinated and instead I was told to do a blood test, I was told to do an ultrasound using my own money... What's the use of BPJS? If people want control, don't be complicated!!!!!

Udah online malah tidak ada nama Dikasih nomer antrian udah ke loket malah disuru langsung ke atas diatas udah nunggu 1,5 jam malah disuru keloket gimana si Dateng duluan malah jadi belakangan !!!!
Already online, there's no name I was given a queue number, I was already at the counter, instead I was told to go straight up above, I had waited for 1.5 hours, instead, I was told to the counter. How come the first come, then later!!!!

Pelayanan jelek banget, bad attitude, dokter di lansia ngejelasin tidak detail, orang niat buka jaitan perban, karna sempet batuk karna keselek air, kaya diusir banget takutan disuruh kebawa..suka heran ya ini fasilitas pemerintah tapi kenapa pada songong2 banget ngelayanin...kalau disuruh yaudah disana aja kerumah sakit yang bayar..lah ada fasilitas pemerintah kenapa ga di manfaatin.
Very bad service, bad attitude, doctors in the elderly don't explain in detail, people intend to open the bandages, because they cough because they are choked with water, like they are really afraid of being sent away. if you are told to go, just go there to the hospital that pays for it.. why are there government facilities why not take advantage of it.

pelayanan super duper bad attitude buat karyawan yg kerja dipuskesmas ini kalian itu pelayanan masyarakat di ajarkan attitude kan? gaji kalian jga dri masyarakat jadi jaga sopan santunmu bener2 ga rama sama sekali dari pintu depan ini pemerintah dki ga bsa apa seleksi petugas dengan baik? ga di tes emang semua attitudenya?
super duper service, bad attitude for employees who work in this health center, you are community service, you are taught attitude, right? Your salary is also from the community, so keep your manners, it's really not friendly at all. From this front door, the DKI government can't, can you select officers properly? it's not tested, do you have all the attitudes?

Alhamdulillah dari awal periksa kehamilan di puskesmas sampai persalinan juga di puskesmas ,pakai bpjs.pelayanan nya sangat baik ,malah disuruh rutin kontrol sma dokter kia nya ?.. para bidan dan dokter muda ,dll yang menangani saat persalinan pada tanggal 9,10,11 april 2022 sangat ramah ,asik dan baik .. ga bikin tegang,semua di jelasin dengan detail .terimakasih ya kepada Dokter dan Bidan yang telah membantu dari awal hamil sampai persalinan saya dengan sangat sabar, semoga selalu diberi kesehatan dan rizki yg lancar ,aamiin. Alhamdulillah anak saya lahir normal dan sehat ??
Alhamdulillah, from the beginning, the pregnancy check-up at the puskesmas until delivery was also at the puskesmas, using the BPJS. the service was very good, in fact I was ordered to have regular check-ups with the kiai doctor .. midwives and young doctors, etc. who handled the delivery on 9, 10, 11 April 2022 very friendly, cool and kind .. not tense, everything is explained in detail. Thank you to the Doctors and Midwives who have helped from the beginning of my pregnancy until my delivery very patiently, hopefully always given health and smooth sustenance, amen. Thank God my child was born normal and healthy
