★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya lama banget.. Padahal ga ada yang antri.. Nunggu udah 1,5 jam ga dipanggil2 sm bidannya.. Huff
The service is really long .. Even though no one is queuing up .. I have waited 1.5 hours and the midwife has not been called .. Huff

Staf puskesmas kaya orang ga nerima orang sakit dalam melayani pasien ,blom juga jam 11 udh di suru pulang ,dateng lagi malah ga di terima, ngomong nya dokter nya mau pergi lah padahal kurang dari jam 2,staff ngoceh² ga jls, lo kira orang sakit bisa di tunda2 , mikirr lo tuh dibayar
Very Bad Service. The puskesmas staff are rich, they don't accept sick people in serving patients, they haven't even arrived at 11 am at suru home, they don't even come, they say the doctor wants to leave even though it's less than 2, the staff don't talk too much, you think people are sick can be postponed, thinking you are paid

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat kecewa dengan pelayanan Puskesmas ini, saya penderita radang tenggorokan dan sudah satu kali kesini berobat dan belum sembuh. Di beritahu untuk datang lagi dan sudah dia kali datang kesana (datang setelah jam makan siang karena ada pekerjaan yang tidak bisa ditinggal kalau tidak dipecat) dan malah bertemu satu Ibu2 yang bukannya membantu malah mengomeli kita "kenapa tidak datang pagi, saya kan sudah bilang datang pagi. Ooh alasannya apapun saya tidak mau tahu" Wow Excellent sekali Ibu ini, Ibu bos saya? Jikalau saya dipecat Ibu mau membiayai hidup saya? Dan saya BPJS juga bayar, bukan gratis. Benar2 sangat kecewa. Jikalau kakak kakak ada yang mau faskes Puskesmas better jangan memilih Faskes disini. Sangat2 kecewa!
Very disappointed with this Puskesmas service, I suffer from sore throat and have been here for treatment once and have not recovered. He was told to come again and he already came there one time (came after lunch because there was a job that couldn't be left behind if he wasn't fired) and instead met one woman who instead of helping us scolded us "why don't you come in the morning, I told you to come. morning. Ooh whatever reason I don't want to know "Wow how Excellent this mother, Mother my boss? If I get fired, do you want to support me? And I also pay BPJS, not free. Really very disappointed. If you want a better health center, don't choose the health facility here. Very disappointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan bagus. Staf puskesmas sangat ramah dalam melayani pasien dan tamu. Ruangan di dalam semuanya ber-AC. Antrian sudah memakai sistem nomor antrian yang ditampilkan di layar di ruang tunggu. Ada juga mahasiswa yg rutin utk praktek kerja disini

Tp saya terpaksa kesini, ternyata pelayanannya baik menurut saya..
Satpamnya menyambut dan membantu dgn baik, staff pendaftarannya juga baik, saya pake BPJS, DRGnya ramah, konsultasi jadi menyenangkan walau pemeriksaan minimal krn sedang covid, apotekernya juga baik dan ramah saat menjelaskan detail obat²annya..
At first I was afraid because I saw the bad reviews..
But I had to come here, it turned out that the service was good in my opinion..
The security guard welcomes and helps well, the registration staff is also good, I use BPJS, the DRG is friendly, the consultation is fun even though the check is minimal because of Covid, the pharmacist is also kind and friendly when explaining the details of the drugs..
