Dokter serta karyawan nya pada baik hati, dan antrinya sesuai jadi tidak ada ini duluan dll. Baru kali ini saya melihat cara kerjanya baik, sopan dan santun. Dan tidak lupa juga tiap pagi ada tanya jawab tentang DBD

Pelayanan molor sudah jam 8 lebih tapi belum ada yang dilayani padahal banyak warga yang mau vaksinasi

Pelayanan BPJS nya buruk, memperlambat proses print dokumen surat rujukan untuk ke RS. Sudah lewat dari tgl masa berlaku surat ingin diperbarui, malah disuruh pulang dulu & balik lagi untuk ambil suratnya di H -1 sebelum berkunjung ke RS. Saya tau ini lagi pandemi tapi berapa lama si untuk print dokumen? Apa banyak membuang waktu. Kalo orang lain yg rumahnya jauh di bogor / bekasi gimana? Apa harus jauh2 balik lagi untuk ngambil surat bpjs yg sudah bertgl baru? Kalo saya ok lah sama pelayanan dokternya gak ada masalah semua karyawannya baik & sopan.
BPJS services are poor, slowing down the process of printing referral documents for hospitals. It was past the validity date of the letter to be renewed, instead they were told to go home first & come back again to pick up the letter at D-1 before visiting the hospital. I know it's a pandemic, but how long does it take to print documents? What a waste of time. What if someone else whose house is far away in Bogor / Bekasi? Do you have to go far back again to get a BPJS letter that has a new date? If I'm ok with the doctor's service, there is no problem, all the employees are kind & polite.

Anak sya usia 5 bulan ,suhu badanya 37,4 di suntik imunisasi sma bidanya, pdahal panas. Hbis magrib ank sya kna step/ kejang2. Sangt mngecewKn plyannany membahayakn jiwa ank sy untungy Allah menolong baby boy kmi, Biasany klo pnas gk boleh d suntik, ini mlh bilngny gpp gpp tp nyatany ap ank sy step kn, tolong donk d tindak lnjuti bidan2yg seperti ini ksian ank orang jd bhan uji coba. Tkutny klo d biarkn akn bnyk ank2 lain yg suhuny pnas msih di suntik imunisasi.

RataΒ² Pelayanannya sangat MENGECEWAKAN terutama di bagian depan satpam atas nama pak udin, intinya mempersulit, suka memberikan infoΒ² yang nanggung gak jelas, saya dan istri di kerjain bolak-balik dengan pelayanan yg d berikan dlm mengurus BPJS gratis, apa krn gratis jadi kita masyarakat bawah tidak layak mendapatjan pelayanan prima... Ngurus bpjs awal katanya suruh nunggu sebulan d tanda terima yg kami terima, tapi satpam memberikan opsi kurang dr sebulan untuk mengecek bpjs, setelah cek sebelum jatuh tempo katanya suruh ikuti tanda terima yg ada. Setelah itu kita datang sebulan lewat bbrp hari krn gk bsa sesuai tgl yg ada d tanda terima dan datang pagi, tapi d suruh kstu lagi siang krn pelayanan BPJS itu siang (katanya), saya kembali dengan istri k puskesmas siang dan kabarnya NIK KK kita blm update d suruh update k dukcapil jakarta utara (kenapa gk d kasih tau d awal), setelah d aktifkan dan konfirmasi d hari berikutnya katanya gk bsa d cek krn petugasnya kebetulan katanya gk masuk padahal itu hari senin, sebelumnya jumat kita konfirmasi alasannya rapat (emang gk ada yg bisa ganti hanya untuk ngecek bpjs) dan banyak hal lagi... Untuk para petugas di puskesmas tolong HARGAI waktu kami sebagai warga, jangan menyulitkan kami dalam berobat, waktu kita tidak hanya untuk menanggapi ALASAN ALASAN KLASIK kalian, krn kami punya kepentingan lain yg harus kami jalankan dan kami sudah mengorbankan waktu tenaga dan pikiran serta emosi kami d puskesmas tersebut, sekali lagi PERBAIKI PELAYANAN kalian untuk warga yang membutuhkan fasilitas untuk berobat.

For the officers at the puskesmas, please RESPECT our time as citizens, don't make it difficult for us to seek treatment, our time is not only to respond to your CLASSIC REASONS, because we have other interests that we must carry out and we have sacrificed our time, energy and thoughts and emotions to the puskesmas, once again IMPROVE your SERVICES for residents who need facilities for treatment.
