★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Secara garis besar, layanan baik. Pengunjung di dalam diberi jarak. Asal datang cukup pagi, antrian bisa cepat. Sejauh ini saya belum bisa tindakan untuk gigi, karena dibilang jika tidak darurat maka tidak bisa.
Masalahnya, poli batuk dan pilek yang berlokasi di luar, dokternya sering lama dan tidak ada ruang tunggu yang memadai. Panas matahari langsung ke kursi, jadi tidak nyaman diduduki. Andai ada fasilitas kerai, tentu akan lebih baik.
 Overall, the service is good. Visitors inside are spaced. As long as you come early enough, the queue can be fast. So far I haven't been able to do dental procedures, because if it's not an emergency, then it can't be done.
The problem is, the cough and cold clinic is located outside, the doctors are often long and there is no adequate waiting room. The heat of the sun goes directly to the chair, so it's not comfortable to sit on. If there were blinds, of course it would be better.

1. If you need to come here, better come AFTER 9.30 am. That's the golden hour.
2. Never come here on Mondays or one day before holidays
I once came here before it's opening hours and people already flocked in the parking lot. It was not that I minded queueing, but that's the problem: there was no proper queue line. If you hope to get treated as soon as possible by coming earlier, well... sorry to say, you won't! ? People will just cut the lines after they open the clinic by saying the magic words, "I'm here first" then try to guilt-trip you through, "yo young man, u know no manners?" Although usually the elders are the one who're usually mannerless with no class. I mean? Cutting the lines, duh???
After the queueing drama, then you still have to face their bad service. Sometimes, your number has passed but you didn't hear nothing because.... the speakers didn't work and the staffs did not make extra effort to call your number. Not even once.
And don't get me started with the registration process. It's hella confusing. You have to be proactive and keep asking them. But why tho??? Why don't they make an informative poster instead of making us running around in such a roundabout way?
Oh, I forgot. It's Indonesia. What do you expect? ??
Two stars because I still have to hold onto my lifetime BPJS membership. If I can get rid of it, one star will be sufficient. ????
