★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bakmi Jawa yg luar biasa. Dengan bahan-bahan yg bisa dibilang premium ? Dengan ayam (sepertinya) kampung, telur bebek dan telur ayam kampung, bumbunya pun lengkap ada minyak wijen, minyak samin, kecap yg beda dr kebanyakan tempat makan bukan lagi bang* tapi kecap...adalah nanti aku sertakan fotonya. Bisa dibayangkan donk hasil masakan dengan bahan2 tsb.
Belum lagi plating nya,, utk bakmi godog biasa sih tinggal tuang di piring seperti biasanya. Tapi kalo yg menu goreng2,, piring dialasi dulu dengan daun pisang barulah nasi, bihun, atau bakmi goreng dituang.
Tempatnya syahdu gaesss bertema kebali2an gitu. Memang ga banyak meja kursi sih, tapi pemilik warung santai2 aja mungkin banyak yg milih dibungkus kali ya....
Tapi jangan heran dan kudu ekstra sabar ? karena si ibuk memasaknya dengan penuh cinta jd ya gitu... Ga kilat macam penjual2 kebanyakan. Tapi kalo aku sih ya,, nunggu yg perlu kesabaran itu terbayarkan dg sepiring menu buatan bapak/ibuk yg endulita. Endeussss...
Amazing Noodle Jawa. With ingredients that can be said to be premium kampung With (likely) native chicken, duck eggs and free-range chicken eggs, the seasoning is complete with sesame oil, ghee, soy sauce that is different from most places to eat, not bang* but soy sauce...is I'll include a photo later. You can imagine the results of cooking with these ingredients.
Not to mention the plating, for the usual Bakmi Godog, just pour it on the plate as usual. But if the menu is fried, the plate is first covered with banana leaves and then the rice, vermicelli, or fried noodles are poured.
The place is serene, gaesss, with the theme of kebali2an. It's true that there aren't many tables and chairs, but the shop owners just relax, maybe a lot of them choose to be wrapped....
But don't be surprised and you have to be extra patient because the mother cooks it with love so that's it... Not as fast as most sellers. But if it's me, the wait that requires patience is paid off with a plate of delicious menus made by you. Endusss...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kesan pertama sih pas masuk ke sini unik dan beda dari yang lain. Kalau bakmi sih mungkin sudah biasa ya, tapi kalau bakmi dengan tempat yang kecil seperti ini tapi disulap konsepnya kayak ada banyak barang-barang antik tempo doeloe ditaruh disana-sini menambah eksotis tempat ini.
Tempatnya bersih dan higienis, cocok kalau pengen makan bakmi tapi gak suka kalau tempatnya belepotan. Bakmi dijaga orisinalitasnya dimasak masih menggunakan arang per satu porsi. Walau kadang bikin yang udah nyidam bakmi kelamaan nunggu.
Bumbu-bumbu yang digunakan juga sepertinya lumayan berkualitas, tapi sepadan sih sama harganya. Harganya gak mahal, masih terjangkau.
Lokasi agak masuk ke gang sedikit, tapi ada petunjuknya di pinggir jalan.
The first impression right when you enter here is unique and different from the others. The bakmi might be normal, but if the noodle with a small place like this but conjured up by the concept like there are a lot of antiques you can put here and there add to the exotic place.
The place is clean and hygienic, it is suitable if you want to eat noodles but don't like it when the place is covered. Bakmi is kept cooked originality still using charcoal per one serving. Even though sometimes it makes me wait for noodles to wait a long time.
The spices used also seem to be pretty good quality, but it's worth the price. The price isn't expensive, it's still affordable.
The location rather goes into a little alley, but there are instructions on the side of the road.
