murah tapi parah. buruk banget pelayanannya, adek saya jelas bergejala sehingga dia berniat untuk swab karena puaskesmas kalasan paling dekat jadi dia kesana. Sudah jelas datang kesana menyampaikan keluhannya, katanya masih gejala ringan jadi hanya diberi vitamin. Karena kita ragu, kita memutuskan untuk test di JIH dan betul hasilnya positive. coba bayangkan apabila kita percaya yg disampikan dokternya apakah virus tidak menyebar kemana2? sangat fatal. bagaimana masyarakat bisa percaya kepada pelayanan masyarakat kalo cara melayaninya saja buruk.
cheap but bad. really bad service, my sister is clearly symptomatic so she intends to swab because she is satisfied that the Kalasan health center is the closest so she goes there. Culture shock,untuk pelayanan rujukan BPJS nya pasien g bisa milih RS yg diinginkan. Padahal masih satu wilayah. Dan harusnya bisa . Yg disebut hanya 2Rumah sakit. Alasanya klo ke rs yg diminta nanti dirujuk ke yang lebih jauh. Klo memang harus seperti itu ya ndak apa berarti maslahnya berat sakitny. Kita maen jauh, masa sakit berobat g bisa. Dan satu lagi ketika sudah jelas pasuen bilang DEMAM 2 minggu yg lalu dibilang masih demam dong. Tolong pasien didengarkan walaupun itu Weekend. Serta ketika satu poli bilang suruh ke THT kalo sinus malah ditahan tidak dibuatkan rujukan walaupun sudah jelas2 sinus. Harusnya harus ke dokter THT sendiri. Dan memang benar2 sinus. Katanya sinus hanya bisa ditreatment dgn antibiotik saja. Tpi apakah benar begitu? Bahkan dokter koas nya masih tanya ke senior nya ketika memutuskan diagnosis dan membuat false accusing. Pasien jelas tidak demam, apa fungsi termometer?

And when a polygraph said to order an ENT if the sinuses were on hold, no referral was made even though it was clear that the sinuses were. Should have gone to the ENT doctor himself. And indeed sinuses. He said sinus can only be treated with antibiotics alone. But is that true? Even the boarding house doctor still asked his seniors when deciding on a diagnosis and making false accusing. The patient clearly has no fever, what is the function of the thermometer?

Pelayanan buruk. Kami sbg pasien kan bertanya karena emg gatau hbs ini mau keruang mana lg,hrsnya di arahkan yg bener dong Jgn malah dijwb gajelas, Kaya didepan udh lgsg masuk ambil antrian aja pas mau ambil antrian suruh ngisi formulir lagi Gimana sih
