I really like the service here, all the staff are friendly and informative, the midwives at the KIA Poly are also very kind and patient, the flow is also clear, just satisfying ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gak tau dokternya siapa tadi lupa.. judes galak!!!yang tugas tadi siang -+jam 12.. orang mau periksa,minta rujukan diketusin,gak bisa nanya baik2 ..udah tau tangan sdra saya sakit gak bisa buat angkat dipaksa,mutusin lagi kalo mlengse katanya,belum apa2 lo udah mutusin.. pas kami ke rs besar hasil ronsen tulang aman tu,cuma otot luka..bener2 deh tolong diperbaiki pelayanannya.. GALAK vs laper beda tipis wkwk?
I don't know who the doctor was, I forgot.. fierce bitch!!! who was on duty this afternoon - + 12 o'clock.. people wanted to check, asked for a referral, couldn't ask nicely.. already know my brother's hand hurts, can't force him to lift it, decide again, if it's bad, he says, it's okay, you've decided.. when we went to the big hospital the X-ray results were safe, only the muscles hurt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Petugas pendaftaran judes, apalagi KIA gada ramahramahnya manggil nomor antrian, chek Lab dapet anak magang ngambil samplenya gabisa, untung bapak petugasnya sigap langsung menggantikan.
The registration clerk is bitchy, especially since KIA is not friendly at all, calling the queue number, the Lab check gets an intern who can't take the sample, fortunately, the officer immediately replaces it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bapakbapak yg cek tensi galak judes dan ngomongnya ngebentak2. Kalau sama orang tua mohon agak lembut dan tidak teriak2 ngomongnya. Mohon dikoreksi lagi untuk petugasnya. Udah beberapa kali ke puskesmas tapi tidak ada perubahan tetap sama
