★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Masakan Jawa .... Mangut nya istimewa walau warungnya sederhana. Sayur pendampingnya seperti nangka muda(jangan gori), sambel goreng kentang, tahu, jengkol dll. Gorengan tempe, tahu isi, bakwan juga tersedia.
Mangut nya ada .... lele, telor, belut sawah, nila, gurame bahkan beong (tergantung musim).
Hebat nya bumbu mangut sudah disiapkan, untuk 2 kg material ikan/telur. Kalau stock mangut di etalase habis akan memasak yang baru, sehingga lebih segar masakannya.
Javanese cuisine .... The Mangut is special even though the stall is simple. Companion vegetables such as young jackfruit (not gori), fried potato sauce, tofu, jengkol etc. Fried tempeh, tofu contents, bakwan are also available.
Mangut there ... catfish, egg, rice eel, tilapia, carp even beong (depending on the season).
Terrific mangut seasoning has been prepared, for 2 kg of fish / egg material. If the stock is turned out, the cooking window will run out of new cooking, so the food will be fresher.
