★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We tried to pay in advance for our booking (as it was a mass-booking, 6-7 rooms), and the phone operator kept on saying "We'll send the confirmation right away." After 3 days of consecutive follow-ups and no replies to our emails, we had to forcibly hold the line for 20 mins as some poor lady had to type out an email full of errors on the spot.
Did you know that a 5-star hotel can limit the number of water bottles refills per day to 3, even when we were with a baby? Even the 4-stars I stayed in had unlimited refills, so I really don't know what is going on with the hotel management. It seems like the pandemic has hit them hard, and they're trying to cut costs everywhere.
Plus, the room was extremely dated and showed signs of a lack of care put into it. No decorations whatsoever.
Also, breakfast can't be delivered to the room apparently, despite what the Pullman reservatiom staff said when we tried to book.
On a bright side, the beds were one of the comfiest I've ever slept on in a hotel, so that's nice. And the hotel actually had a pretty cool art gallery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a deluxe room here to stay with my wife and daughter. Room is spacious, with good layout and small pantry / kitchen if you want to cook. Bathroom is equipped with bath tub, so you can relax and enjoy your weekend.
Also have the opportunity to swim here, you have to book your visit to the swimming pool since they limit the occupancy of the swimming pool to 20 people. Pool is open from 6am to 6pm.
Parking space is limited, but there's an annex building that can be used for parking, but the first 3 or 4 level are reserved, so you have to park at higher level.
Overall, enjoyed our stay here, but some feedback to the management would be, the tv is too small and too old, and the quality of the picture are quite poor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was nice, clean and neat. We stayed there for our wedding anniversary, got 3 surprises from the staff? the only issue is the drainage in on the bathtub tho, the water is not draining properly after we use the bathtub. But overall its 8/10 ♥️

It's clear there has been a significant investment in quality staff training and maintaining high standards of cleanliness during this global pandemic. All credit to all involved in making this hotel one of my favourites in the ACCOR range around the Asia Pacific region.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truly enjoyed my stay and glad that I picked Pullman for quarantine! Room was clean and well stocked, meals were served hot and staff were super attentive! I had some wifi issues at the start and the team was quick to provide me with multiple solutions so that I could take my calls without disruptions. A big thank you for the great hospitality!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Hotel to stay. I did my quarantine here . Food was great, a lot of choices in the quarantine package. Menu changes every week. Large spacious rooms with bathtub. Overall experience was great. Would recommend to anyone doing quarantine or for leisure stays.
