kudos to all receptionist that were very friendly.
only complain would be for the staffs in charge for breakfast. they were unresponsive and keep forgetting our requests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel provide you basic needs, but does not represent the hospitality and service of Marriott. Staff is friendly, but forgot to provide new towel, bathrooms amenities and drink bottle on the next day. Wall is thin, you can hear your neighbors laugh or open door. Good choice for transit but not more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried to email and message this hotel prior to my stay, they didn't seem to be reachable. To my surprise, the staff are friendly, so I still give four thumbs up for its staff hospitality and strategic location across Sarinah and in a walking distance from Plaza Indonesia. Room is quite spacious and functional, and has working station, suits the need for a new lifestyle: work from hotel. I like its bathroom for it is clean and has generous toiletries, including lotion. The city view from 11th floor is nice at night. Unfortunately, I encountered two small cockroaches. I hope they manage to control it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For IDR 700K/night, experience is disappointing. Hot water off and knob fell off. No response from room call to receptionists. Had to come to lobby just to tell them i need engineering come to my room. Engineering take long time to arrive to fix something. Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staying only for 2 nights and select this hotel due to its strategic location. Room was clean and bright, and their service was excellent, from the reception, engineering guy and staffs at breakfast and im especially impressed with their attentive head chef (cant remember his name), although im a bit concerned with the security as this hotel seems like located in same building with offices and lobby bit packed as well, but their services made it up and I will be back on my next trip for this!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed for a night here, everything was perfect. Food was delicious, service of all the staffs were very attentive and helpful.
Just 1 suggestion i think its time to replace the bath towels. Anyhow as long as you have fantastic staff it wouldn't be a thing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay sangat sebentar karena ada urusan diseputaran lokasi, ketika harus menggunakan motor krn terburu² dan dijalan hujan deras. Niat nya mau stay dan sambil lunch nunggu hujan.
Terjebak di lantai 9 yang gak tau itu lantai apa, ternyata katanya salah naik lift. (seharusnya tamu di infokan lift mana seharusnya). Bed sheet yang ada spot..minta diganti ternyata spotnya lebih parah (spt nya spot krn presser laundry). Towel yg satu terlipat rapih, yg satu tergantung dipintu shower (sperti sudah terpakai?)Towel nya kalo bisa diganti..warna nya udah ga layak pakai. Apakah slipper memang tidak disediakan? Akses dari lantai 3 ke hotel apakah tidak ada post penjagaan?

Resto banyak menu yg ga available, jadi lebih baik order dr luar.
HK datang kekamar 40 menit karena keluhan sheet yg spot. (mungkin krn di jam c/o )

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had our room upgraded to suite, and the services was GREAT. Fast response. Good breakfast menu, fresh salad and fruit. The only minor thing was, the lobby was compact. But considering the area, well... I think it's good enough...
