The same complex with Pullman Hotel and Annex Building, around parking area/building, with a hall on top of it. It held a wedding hall/music live concert hall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located at the heart of Jakarta, this building has remarkable view. You can see some historical places from here like the well-known Bundaran HI and Plaza Indonesia. Has food store and a minimart on the first floor, also Mandiri and BNI branch office too. The ambience is like the other office building, with applied security when entering, and there is also a canteen at the back of the building, near the annex. The musholla inside the building is only at the few floors so there's this chance of meeting a quarter office residences when you took a prayer, which is nice. Transportation is easy here since you have Bundaran HI transjakarta bus stop (also took note if you travelling around Harmoni-Bundaran Senayan, you can took GR1 orange bus transjakarta for free!) and the MRT station.

Though the main gate is accessed through Thamrin Road that is regulated with even/odd car plate-number restriction, it can be reached from alternative gate through Jl. H. Agus Salim.
