I believe the staff are busy, they handled all incoming foreign students and also outgoing UGM students, staff and Lecturers, with just few staff. They had too much pressure but some people just dont understand and give negative comments. Front Officers are mostly voluntary students willin to help.

Besides the task of managing international cooperation, the office is responsible for incoming and outgoing mobility affairs. Therefore, there are a lot of UGM's local and international students around during office hours.
