★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terdapat 2 ruangan komputer, satu ruangan ada di lantai bawah dan satu lagi di lantai atas. Setiap ruangan memiliki empat cctv yang diletakkan di sudut-sudut ruangan. Untuk tingkat kenyamanan, setiap ruangan disediakan ac dan penerangan yang memadai. Puskom UNY ini juga memiliki genset yang secara otomatis akan menyala apabila sewaktu-waktu listrik padam.
 There are 2 computer rooms, one room is downstairs and one is upstairs. Each room has four CCTVs placed in the corners of the room. For comfort level, each room is provided with adequate ac and lighting. This UNY Puskom also has a generator set which will automatically turn on if at any time the electricity goes out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PUSKOM (Pusat Komputer), sebelumnya bernama UKOM (Unit Komputer). Didirikan sekitar tahun 1982, berdasarkan SK Rektor, UKOM di kala itu merupakan salah satu unit teknis yang menyediakan layanan pelatihan komputer, baik untuk pihak intern maupun ekstern UNY. Pada masa itu, UNY mempercayakan pengelolaan UKOM kepada Bapak Subardjono (alm.), yang dibantu beberapa orang staf.
Setelah dipimpin oleh Bapak Subardjono, UNY kemudian menunjuk Bapak Herminarto Sofyan (PR III sekarang) untuk memimpin UKOM, yang kemudian mengalami pergantian beberapa kali, hingga ke Kapuskom yang sekarang.
Dalam perkembangannya, pada tahun 2004, UKOM berganti nama dengan PUSKOM. Tidak hanya mengalami pergantian nama, macam layanan yang tersedia pun juga bertambah. Selain tetap menyediakan paket pelatihan komputer, layanan baru yang tersedia adalah pendaftaran hotspot dan warnet (LIMUNY = Layanan Internet Mahasiswa UNY). Pendaftaran hotspot adalah pengaturan setting laptop/handphone untuk dapat login ke hotspot UNY (untuk dosen, staf, dan mahasiswa UNY), sedangkan LIMUNY adalah layanan warnet (untuk intern dan ekstern UNY).
PUSKOM (Computer Center), previously named UKOM (Computer Unit). Established around 1982, based on the Chancellor's Decree, UKOM at that time was one of the technical units that provided computer training services, both for internal and external parties at UNY. At that time, UNY entrusted the management of UKOM to Mr. Subardjono (late), who was assisted by several staff.
After being led by Mr. Subardjono, UNY then appointed Mr. Herminarto Sofyan (current PR III) to lead UKOM, which then underwent several changes, up to the current Head of Komnaskom.
In its development, in 2004, UKOM changed its name to PUSKOM. Not only experiencing a name change, the types of services available have also increased. Apart from providing computer training packages, the new services available are hotspot registration and internet cafe (LIMUNY = UNY Student Internet Service). Hotspot registration is setting up a laptop/mobile phone to be able to login to UNY hotspots (for UNY lecturers, staff, and students), while LIMUNY is an internet cafe service (for internal and external UNY).
