Biasanya jadwal sudah diatur untuk masing2 fakultas.
1.Mahasiswa datang terlebih dahulu ke Gelanggang untuk mengambil jas almamater *kalo takut antri datang langsung saja ke sini nanti pinjem jas almamater sudah disediakan
2. Pakailah kemeja putih&jas almamater. *untuk wanita krudung bebas warna/ motif. Maafkan saya yg pake baju putih biasa karna tidak punya kemeja dikosan.karna saat photo untuk perempuan hanya terlihat sebatas bagian krudungnya.
3. Siapkan&bawa dokumen print Bukti Register dari akun pendaftaran (dikumpulkan), dokumen legalisir/asli ijazah apalagi ya lupa (hanya ditunjukkan kepada petugas)
4. Tunjukkan poin 3 tersebut pada petugas didepan pintu *bukti register akan dicap nomor antrian. Masuk &tunggulah nomor antrian anda dipanggil
5. Dengarkan baik2 anda dipanggil ke meja pelayanan nomor berapa. Tunjukkan poin 3 pada petugas *bukti register akan diminta
6. Masuk pada ruang pemotretan jangan salah kamar ya, sudah ada petunjuknya.
7. Persis seperti membuat E-KTP. Dari bagian pemotretan trus kebagian pencetakan. Langsung jadi deh kluar kartu. Buat aktifin jangan lupa dscan tempelin dulu& pastikan muncul namamu.
KTM ini bisa digunakan untuk izin masuk&peminjaman buku kesemua perpustakaan di UGM, untuk parkir, sewa sepeda.
Sangat bermanfaat ya KTMnya hihihu
Office for making UGM Student Identity Cards
Usually the schedule is set for each faculty.
1. Students come first to Gelanggang to get their alma mater jacket. * If you're afraid of queuing, just come here, then borrow an alma mater jacket.
2. Wear a white shirt & alma mater jacket. * for women hoods free of color / motif. Forgive me for wearing a plain white shirt because I don't have a shirt in the neck. When the photo for women only looks limited to the crest.
3. Prepare & bring a printed document Proof of Register from the registration account (collected), legalized documents / original diplomas especially let alone forget (only shown to officers)
4. Show point 3 to the officer in front of the door * proof of the register will be stamped queue number. Enter & wait for your queue number to be called
5. Listen carefully to what number you are called to the service desk. Show point 3 to the clerk * proof of the register will be requested
6. Enter the shooting room don't get the wrong room, yes, there are instructions.
7. Just like making an E-KTP. From the shooting section then gets to printing. Immediately so, get out the card. Do not forget to activate dscan tempelin first & make sure your name appears.
This KTM can be used for entry permits & borrowing books from all libraries at UGM, for parking, bicycle rental.
