Tersedia hard copy skripsi dari setiap jurusan. Tersedia colokan sehingga pas untuk mengerjakan tugas dan skripsi. Namun sayang terlalu sempit.

Tersedia beragam koleksi buku referensi yang bisa dipinjam oleh mahasiswa dan dosen UNY maupun dibaca ditempat.
Fasilitas yang disediakan pun sangat bermanfaat bagi pengunjung antara lain: colokan, meja kursi yang nyaman maupun meja duduk lesehan, wifi YSU, penerangan yang cukup, petugas yang ramah, komputer katalog, AC yg dingin, kamera CCTV sehungga keamanan terjaga, sistem peminjaman berbasis digital, tempat tas dan barang bawaan, tas laptop khusus yang disediakan khusus pengunjung.
Buku yang disediakan ada fiksi yang berupa novel, cernak maupun nonfiksi umum dan materi perkuliahan, tersedia juga jurnal ilmiah, arsip skripsi mahasiswa FIP, koran harian.
