β β β β β Tempat nyaman, dingin. Pembelian produk tinggal ngisi yg ada di cs, untuk yg lebih dr 2 atau 3 bulan tidak konsul disarankan konsultasi oleh cs.
Facial lumayan enak sih
Ada aqua gratis di dalem buat yang haus, sambil nugggu juga sambil nonton tv.
Dokternya baik salut dehhh hehehehe
Udah setengah taun gak cek sekalinya dikasih tau saran2 banyak sama dokternya
 Cozy, cool place. Purchase the product just fill that is in cs, for those who are more than 2 or 3 months no consul advised to consult by cs.
Facials are pretty good though
There is free aqua in the palace for those who are thirsty, while watching while watching TV.
The doctor is good salute dehhh hehehehe
Already half a year does not check once told many suggestions at the doctor

β β β β β Mbak2 front office agak gmna gitu, aku tanya lagi krna suaranya kurang jelas, tp jawabnya ky gk ngenakin gt, kurang ramah. Dokternya juga sbnrnya baik, tp kurang pas dgn penyampaiannya dlm mengedukasi pasien, ramah tp kata2nya kurang pas di saya. Tp mngkin stiap org punya penilaian masing2.
Miss, the front office is a bit like that, I asked again because the voice wasn't clear, but the answer was like it didn't work, it wasn't friendly. The doctor is also really good, but not quite right with his delivery in educating patients, friendly but the words don't fit me. But maybe everyone has their own opinion.

β β β β β Saya beli krim malam dikasihnya krim pagi, setelah balik lagi komplen karena ini krim pagi bukan krim malam, katanya sudah sesuai sm member, pdhl sebelumnya di atas krim ada label krim pagi, tp labenya dilepas. Semoga pelayanannya lebih bagus lagi dan lebih teliti
I bought a night cream and he was given a morning cream, after coming back I complained because this is a morning cream not a night cream, he said it was appropriate for the members, even though before the cream had a label for morning cream, but the label was removed. Hopefully the service is better and more thorough

β β β β β Cukup sekali aja kesini pelayanannya lemot lama bgt masa mau facial aja nunggu 2 jam bkin buang2 waktu, csnya juga jutek banget, terapis facialnya buru2 ngawur pokoknya?
It's enough to come here once, the service is very slow, when you want a facial, just wait 2 hours, it's not a waste of time, the cs is also really dirty, the facial therapist is in a hurry, just inconsequential ?

β β β β β Di WA ga ada 1 pun yg di bales,, krn ga di respon saya langsung ke lokasi yg sebenarnya jarak dari rumah ke lokasi dekat 5 menit sampai, sampai sana semua karyawan area counter nya pada ngerumpi aja dan handphone nan,, saya pikir rame kan makanya ga ada waktu respon wa yg masuk,,,
Pelayanan jelek,, di counter jutek semua,,, baru jadi karyawan aja uda sombong apalagi jadi BOS !!!
Dan, saya minta konsul dl karna mau IPL Dan facial,, sampe ke ruangan dokter ga di kasih tau tuh klo mesin IPL rusak,,, uda antri Β½jam naik ke ruangan tindakan uda rebahan baru di kasih tau klo mesin rusak,,, di tawarin perawatan lain nya,,, mau ga mau org uda byar jg,,,,
Sampai di sini kalian yg baca uda bisa nilai lah yaaa.....
Semoga owner jg baca yaa...
Percuma keluarin produk harga murah tp pelayanan minus!!!
Yg punya uang lebih mending cari tempat lain aja,,,

Bad service... at all jutek counters... just being an employee is already arrogant, let alone being a BOSS!!!
And, I asked the consul because I wanted IPL and facial, when I got to the doctor's room, I wasn't told that the IPL machine was broken, I was already in line for hours, I went up to the action room, I just lay down, I was told if the machine was broken, I was offered the other treatments,,, like it or not, people have to pay too,,,,
So far, those of you who have read it can judge it...
I hope the owner reads it too...
It's useless to issue low-priced products but minus service!!!
If you have more money, look elsewhere.

β β β β β The tools is never maintained. All broken at once. The queue machine is broken, the CO2 laser is broken.. It practically miss the maintain section. Horrible
