★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aku suka kalau setiap kali datang ke klinik estetika dr affandi Yogyakarta, semua staffnya baik dan ramah, pelayanannya oke, perawatnya ramah dan baik, dokter nya ramah ramah, fontlinenya semuanya ramah, produknya okay,
jadi ingin selalu balik ketempat ini, pokoknya reccomended banget.

 I like it when every time I come to the aesthetic clinic of Dr. Affandi Yogyakarta, all the staff are kind and friendly, the service is okay, the nurses are friendly and kind, the doctors are friendly, the fonts are all friendly, the products are okay,
so I want to always come back to this place, just really reccomended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan Customer Service nya tidak baik (kurang ramah). Dan peracik obatnya juga tidak ramah. Seperti merendahkan customer. Mentang² saya hanya beli Cleansing pembersih muka saja. Mentang² saya sudah lama tidak konsultasi. Tapi sebenarnya data saya kan ada di Klinik Dr. Affandi tersebut.
Dimana-mana saya beli Cleansing pembersih muka klinik tersebut tidak pernah ada masalah dan tidak seribet di Klinik Estetika Yogyakarta ini.
Di Klinik Estetika Semarang, Kebon Jeruk Jakbar dan di Kelapa Gading Jakut, saya tidak pernah ada masalah seribet di Klinik Estetika Yogyakarta ini. Biasanya, kalo mau pesan, cuma tinggal tulis nama dan pesanannya apa? Kalo di Klinik Estetika Yogyakarta ini sangat ribet sekali, pake harus nyebutin nomer Member segala.
Dan lucunya, pembelian saya di tgl 25 Februari 2019 tidak di input di data mereka. Aneh. Harusnya, setiap ada pembelian kan di input oleh karyawannya. Ini tidak di input sehingga tidak ada TRACK RECORD pembelian produk di situ.
Lalu akhirnya Customer Service nya bilang, Cleansing pembersih muka saya bisa dibeli bebas tanpa perlu memperhatikan jenis kulit saya. Jadi tidak sesuai dengan data saya.
Satu lagi, Cleansing pembersih muka yg mereka berikan ke saya dalam kondisi TIDAK TERTUTUP RAPAT. Sehingga cairannya keluar. Saya merasa dirugikan dengan cara kerja karyawan Klinik Estetika Yogyakarta tersebut.
Seperti tidak menghargai customer, mentang² saya hanya beli Cleansing muka dan tidak konsultasi di sana. Jadi seperti merendahkan saya.
Saya sangat kecewa sekali dengan pelayanan karyawan Klinik Estetika Yogyakarta tersebut.
The Customer Service is not good (less friendly). And the medicine drug is also not friendly. Like demeaning the customer. I only buy facial cleansing cleansers. I haven't consulted for a long time. But actually my data is in the Dr. Clinic. Affandi.
Everywhere I buy Cleansing Facial Cleansing Clinic has never been a problem and not seribet at this Yogyakarta Aesthetic Clinic.
At the Semarang Aesthetic Clinic, Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta, and in Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta, I have never had a problem with this at the Yogyakarta Aesthetic Clinic. Usually, if you want to order, just write what name and order? If at the Yogyakarta Aesthetic Clinic it is very complicated, using all Member numbers must be mentioned.
And the funny thing is, my purchase on February 25, 2019 was not input into their data. Strange. It should be, every time there is a purchase, it is inputted by the employee. This is not input so there is no TRACK RECORD product purchase there.
Then finally the Customer Service said, my face cleansing cleansing can be bought freely without paying attention to my skin type. So it's not in accordance with my data.
One more thing, the cleansing cleansing that they gave to me was in a condition NOT CLOSED MEETING. So the liquid comes out. I feel disadvantaged by the workings of the Yogyakarta Aesthetic Clinic employees.
Like not respecting customers, I only buy face cleansing and don't consult there. So it's like humbling me.
I am very disappointed with the services of the Yogyakarta Aesthetic Clinic employees.

Pelayanan estetika Jogja sama Solo beda jauh semoga lebih baik lagi.
Omg just buy cream and wait for more than 45 minutes? This cream is processed just like cooking a dish, wow.
The aesthetic services of Jogja and Solo are much different, hopefully they will be even better.
