★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Di lift diliatin dari atas sampe bawah (which is very impolite) sm kapsternya hanya krn sy pakainya tas semacam keresek. Pijat buru2 ga sampai 5 menit, bersihin komedo super kasar sampai banyak luka2 di muka sy. Perawatan peeling & oxy, pas oxy sy kira sudah selesai, mesin dinyalakan lagi eh ternyata dipakai utk nyemprotin kaki & tangan si kapster. Terima kasih atas pengalaman terburuknya. Tolong ajarkan semua kapster utk tidak memandang rendah pelanggan, krn sesungguhnya sy mampu bayar perawatan apapun yg sy mau disana. Semoga tidak ada pelanggan lain yg mendapat pelayanan buruk seperti sy.
On the elevator see from the top until the bottom (which is very impolite) and the captain just because I use a kind of bag. Massage hurry up to 5 minutes, clean super-rough blackheads to many wounds on my face. The peeling & oxy treatment, when I thought the oxy was finished, the engine turned on again eh it turned out to be used to spray the capster's feet & hands. Thank you for the worst experience. Please teach all the commanders not to look down on customers, because actually I can afford whatever treatment I want there. Hopefully there are no other customers who get bad service like me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tadinya saya mau jadi member tapi setelah pertama kali konsul dokternya membua sangat tidak nyaman, tidak ada lontaran pertanyaan seputar keluhan, dia hanya buru buru bertanya mau pakai krim apa mau krim yang mana, heyyyy saya bertemu dengan dokter berniat konsultasi! Padahal saya sudah menyiapkan beberapa pertanyaan dan keluhan tapi respon dokternya seperti ingin cepat cepat mengakhiri, ya walaupun pertama kali pakai produk ini dan mungkin muka saya kucel dekil berjerawat, tapi tolong perlakukalah customer dengan baik, terutama new member. Akhirnya says konsul disini tidak sapai satu menit sudah keluar ruangan. Sangat tidak puas.

I really like the treatment here, it's clean, the place is cs and the therapist is kind, patient, friendly, the doctor is the same. My face is getting better here..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baru sekali kesini Utk perawatan dan layanan nya ramah... tempat nya bersih.. dokternya pun ramah dalam menjelaskan dan memberikan solusi..akan ada diskon disetiap hari nya...ruang facial nya ada di lantai atas dan 1 ruang 1 tindakan jadi aman dalam masa pandemi ini..ruang tunggu nya tenang dan nyaman..
Just been here. For treatment and friendly service... the place is clean.. the doctor is also friendly in explaining and providing solutions.. there will be discounts every day... the facial room is on the top floor and 1 room 1 action so it's safe in this pandemic period.. the waiting room is quiet and comfortable..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ perawatan dan pelayanan super paling enak diklinik ini dibandingkan klinik natasha yang lain, selalu mampir facial 2 minggu sekali tiap pulang kuliah. sering dpt gift juga tiap ada event hihi. tp sayangnya sudah 3 th make lalu berenti kemudian bikin breakout parah. tp alhamdulillah skrg sudah membaik, skrg udh ga make krim2nya tp kadang suka facial enak
the super treatment and service is the best at this clinic compared to other natasha clinics, always stop by for a facial every 2 weeks after college. often get a gift every time there is an event hihi. but unfortunately it has been 3 years of use and then stopped then made a severe breakout. But alhamdulillah now it's getting better, now I don't use the creams but sometimes I like facials, it's delicious

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perawatan disini gara gara tumbuh jerawat. Pelayanannya ramah dan baik mulai dari dokter, bagian kasir hingga terapisnya. Tempatnya luas dan bersih. Untuk natasha ada di lantai 2 ya. Masuk ambil nomor antrian tunggu di panggil, dan duduklah di kasir dengan memberikan sedikit bocoran keluhanmu hehe. Setelah itu nanti tunggu lagi sampai di panggil dan masuk ke ruang dokter suapaya di lihat kulitnya seperti apa.
Treatment here because of growing acne. The service is friendly and good starting from the doctor, the cashier to the therapist. The place is spacious and clean. For Natasha, it's on the 2nd floor. Go in, take the queue number, wait to be called, and sit at the cashier by giving a little leak of your complaint hehe. After that, wait again until you are called and enter the doctor's room so you can see what his skin looks like.
