★ ★ ★ ★ ★ parah banget lah pelayanannya mau perawatan aja nunggu hampir 2.5jam kalau memang kewalahan mending di stop pasiennya, jangan memaksakan kalau memang kewalahan
 It's really bad that the service wants treatment, just wait for almost 2.5 hours if you are really overwhelmed, it's better to stop the patient, don't force it if you are overwhelmed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dokternya jutek banget dan gue inject acne kan jelas2 masih sisa dikit bilangnya dah abis, ketus lagi klo ngomong. akutuh sering bgt inject acne di klinik lain dan dr nya klo bilang abis ya emang udah abis ngga yg nyisa dikit. sorry masalah duit emang gue perhitungan ngga seberapa sih emang harganya tapi attitude is bad
the doctor was really rude and I injected acne, obviously there was still a little left, he said it was finished, he was curt when he spoke. I often inject acne at other clinics and the doctor when he says it's over, does it really leave a little bit. Sorry about the money problem, I really don't think how much the price is, but the attitude is bad

Terapis dan perawatnya ramah..
Tempat nyaman, tp pas jam-jam tertentu suka penuh ruang tunggunya..
Ak awalnya coba krna wajah bruntusan parah dr klinik di BBC, trs ke Ella, seneng bgt bs balik lg jd mulus.
Ad juga perawatan imun booster dg harga yg sangat terjangkau..
Kalo di cabang Jogja blm ada yellow laser, br ad di ella pusat, pdhl pgn coba treatment ini..
It's more convenient if you make an advance reservation because you don't have to queue ...
The therapists and nurses are friendly ..
Comfortable place, but at certain hours, the waiting room is full ..
I initially tried it because my face was badly cut from the clinic at the BBC, then I went to Ella, I was very happy to be back again so smoothly.
There is also an immune booster treatment at a very affordable price ...
If you don't have a yellow laser in the Jogja branch, it's in central Ella, even if you want to try this treatment ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pertama kali perawatan di Ella, tp sebelumnya sudah pakai produknya dan cukup kecewa. Nunggu hampir sejam lebih untuk perawatan. Kalo dipanggil sesuai urutan gak ppa. Tapi ini sampai kelewat bnyak konsumen.
Awalny masih berfikir mungkin yg lain sudah booking. Tapi nyatanya ga semua. Bahkan ada yg baru daftar ,member baru, dan langsung perawatan. Lucunya setelah ditanyakan, langsung deh dipanggil-,-

First time treatment at Ella, but previously I have used the product and was quite disappointed. Waited almost an hour for treatment. If it's called in the order it doesn't work, it doesn't matter. But this has reached too many consumers.
At first I still thought maybe someone else had booked. But in fact not all. There's even a new list, new members, and direct treatment. The funny thing is that after being asked, I was immediately called-,-

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya nyaman,harga terjangkau dan hasil produknya lumayan cocok bikin wajah mulus, tapi sistem antrian nya menurut saya harus diperbaiki lagi..supaya customer tidak bolak balik
The place is comfortable, the prices are affordable and the product results are quite suitable for making smooth faces, but the queuing system in my opinion should be improved again... so that customers don't go back and forth

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kesan pertama ke ella mengecewakan sistem antriannya.. krn sudah reservasi tp tetep aja nunggu 1.5 jam.. jd percuma reservasinya. Komplain ke cs gak brp lama langsung dipanggil.. gak ngerti apakah kekurangan sdm sehingga antriannya kacau. Sebetulnya hasil perawatannya bagus tp mohon dirapikan sistem antriannya, krn gak cuma sy aja yg ngerasa lama , ada 2 orang yg komplain jg sperti itu. Dan saran terakhir untuk mba2 beautynya agar bs lebih ramah dlm melayani customer. Terima kasih
The first impression to Ella was that the queuing system was disappointing... because I had a reservation but I still waited 1.5 hours... so the reservation was useless. Complaints to cs didn't take long to be called right away. Actually, the results of the treatment are good, but please tidy up the queuing system, because I'm not the only one who feels like it's taking too long, there are 2 people who complain like that too. And the last suggestion for the beauty ladies to be more friendly in serving customers. Thank You
