★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minus : Terapis tergesa-gesa saat melakukan treatment mungkin faktornya krn pelanggan terakhir yang saya rasakan tidak relax krn rasa tergesa-gesa itu dapat dirasakan melalui sentuhan minim pijatan dan ambientnya. Facial tercepat yang pernah saya rasakan.
Niatnya pulang kerja facial biar relax ini malah mengecewakan.
Plus : dokternya ramah.
 Minus: The therapist was in a hurry when doing the treatment maybe the factor was because the last customer I felt didn't relax because the feeling of the rush could be felt through the minimal touch of massage and the ambient. The fastest facial I've ever had.
The intention was to come home from work to relax, this facial was disappointing.
Plus: the doctor is friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qeza aestethic center, sudah berbenah cukup baik sih menurutku dari awal kemunculannya. Banyak diskon yg di berikan setiap bulan yg bisa di pantau lewat IG. Seluruh ruangan qeza juga wangi, sekarang lumayan dingin. Di depan juga ada kursi pijat, snack, & aqua semua gratis. Bahkan untuk konsul dokterpun gratis. Resepsionis nya juga ramah saat di tanya mengenai promo, produk & layanan, hanya menurutku mereka kurang fokus ke pelayanan saat ada pasien datang, karena sambi input macam macam. Untuk RM pasien masih manual, & pasien baru harus mengisi formulir & foto ktp secara manual pula, mungkin perlu di digitalisasi saja sih untuk mempercepat layanan. Nah yang kurang lagi adalah feedback di klinik ini tidak ada, seperti tidak menerima kritikan. Untuk handuk & bed facial kurang bersih sih. Tapi untuk pelayanan dokter bagus sih care, untuk mbak mbak facialnya ada yg sabarrr, ada yg cepet cepet, macem kejar target. ? tapi menurutku, hasil facialnya bersih untuk kelasnya. & dari semua itu facial adalah alasan saya untuk dateng lagi ke qeza klinik. ?
Qeza aestethic center, has been improved pretty well I think from the beginning of its appearance. Many discounts are given every month that can be monitored through IG. The whole qeza room is also fragrant, now it is quite cold. In front there are also massage chairs, snacks, and aqua all free. Even consul doctors are free. The receptionist was also friendly when asked about promos, products & services, just in my opinion they were less focused on service when there were patients coming, because of various kinds of input. For RM patients are still manual, and new patients have to fill in the form & photo ID card manually anyway, maybe it needs to be digitalized anyway to speed up service. What is lacking is that there is no feedback at this clinic, such as not receiving criticism. Towels & bed facials aren't clean enough. But for a good doctor's service, care, for Ms. Sis, the facials are sabarrr, there are those who are fast, and chasing the target. ? but in my opinion, the facial results are clean for the class. And from all that facials is my reason to come again to Qeza Clinic. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tindakannya cepet bgttttt Bisa dihitung cuma satu menit aja tindakannya (mikrodermabrasi) (oxy) juga cepet bgtttttttt terapisnyaaaa huhh sangat tidak memuaskaaaannnnn di aku. Semoga bisa diperbaiki~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qeza Aesthetic Clinic tidak bisa membedakan Customer Loyal dengan Customer Yang hanya 1 or 2 kali datang, semuanya sama saja, bahkan untuk sekedar memberikan Kalender rasanya sangat pelit , Therapist dan Dokter oke, tapi management tidak oke. Terima kasih banyak untuk Dr Ananda dan mba Esti luar biasa pelayanan bagus dan baik
Qeza Aesthetic Clinic cannot distinguish loyal customers from customers who only come 1 or 2 times, everything is the same, even just giving a calendar feels very stingy, therapists and doctors are okay, but management is not okay. Thank you very much for Dr Ananda and Ms Esti amazing good and good service
