The only apartment that close their facility during covid with NO VALID REASON...The management and the representative of the tenants just do whatever they pleases. They dont care about the needs of the many and abuse of the power given to them...Avoid at all cost

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place used to be one of the choice to stay if you choose to live in Grogol area. Quite well maintained, clean, tidy, kinda crowded as well, next to Central Park Mall, there’re a lot of restaurants near this place, close to some university, but a lot of traffic jam in this area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are an expat, do not think of staying here. The management is highly biased and always too safe. They see the residents as cash cows and look for every last opportunity to make money
Also, the flats are very small, what should be a 1 bedroom is made into 2 bedrooms. Best not to come here and get stuck

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am long term tenant in this apartment and the lights of the tennis courts keep breaking down and it took them a while to get it fixed. What is the use of paying high maintenance fee when they keep breaking down and took few weeks to get it replaced...
