β β β β β Bermasalah ya etika satpam nya, imej di bank grand cakung ini emang jelek dr oknum itu, mudah2an manajemen bs perbaiki.

β β β β β Pelayanan nya wajib diperbaiki lagi, satpam yg bawah kurang sopan,office boy nya sudah seperti CS tidak tau yg terjadi tp sok tau,dan yg buat aneh baru jam 2 disuruh plng dateng besok lagi katanya antrian masih banyak pdhl nunggu sudah 1 jam setengah.
Sukses selalu Mandiri semoga pelayanan nya lebih baik lagi dan lebih bagus lagi seperti cabang" lainnya tidak seperti dicabang ini.

The service must be improved again, the security guard at the bottom is not polite, the office boy is like CS, he doesn't know what happened but he pretends to know, and what makes it strange is that at 2 o'clock he was told to come again tomorrow he said the queue was still a lot, even though the wait had been 1 hour and a half.
