★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bank lain kalau istirahat tetep melayani nasabah, tapi bank ini nasabah suruh tunggu 15 menit, dikira nasabah punya banyak waktu kali ya! CS nya cuma 2, jadi lama banget!
 Other banks, if they take a break, still serve customers, but this bank tells customers to wait 15 minutes, it is thought that the customer has plenty of time! CS only 2, so it's really long!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - satpamnya tolong di ajari lagi, kasih info yg ga valid, saya udh pulang2 ambil KK, ternyata KK ga mandatory
- cs nya cuma 1, antrian panjang nunggu lama bgt
- bni syariah kurang canggih jg, mau tutup rekening tab berjangka karena waktu itu buka nya di cab jaktim, mau tutup di bank deket rumah harapan indah, ternyata ga bisa. Harus tutup tabungan di tempat buka tabungan

Pengalaman saya, angka 0 di depan agar dipindahkan ke belakang, baru deh no rek terdaftar.

Nasabah bisa menghabiskan waktu lebih dr 3 jam di sini. Belum kalau sistem eror.
Mohon diperbaiki. Agar rating saya bisa berubah menjadi 5 bintang.
