Payah pelayanan nya kurang bagus masa tukang survay nya ngejelekin orang melalui orang lain sedang kan saya baru mau ngajuin pinjaman eh malah saya di jelekin Sama tukang survay terlalu nama tukang survay abibah yang tugas nya di lantai 2 makasih..?

Pelayanan kurang memuaskan, ruangan terlalu sempit dan teller hanya 2 orang tidak sesuai dengan jumlah nasabah yang banyak

Satpamnya jutek banget.. mau bikin ATM kta.y jaringan ERROR.. itu satpamnya bilang kaya gitu karna banyak yg ngantri apa gimna.. pelayanan nya bnar2 jelek bnget..jadinya males bikin ATM BRI..

Really bad ! Saya melakukan setoran sebanyak 9 slip tapi tinggal 3 slip lagi tinta printer habis . Karna saya butuh buat bukti transfer , ketika saya bertanya boleh tulis manual sajakah dan jawaban teller bank β€œmas tulis aja sendiri dengan nada ketus” ini kan bukan kesalahan saya kenapa teller itu nyuruh saya yg nulis sendiri . Oke gue tulis sendiri . Setelah itu tinggal 2 slip lagi belum gua setorin dan gua bertanya β€œboleh pindah ke teller lain yang tintanya masih ada, saya ambil nomor antrian lagi kalo bisa” jawaban teller β€œngga bisa mas soalnya kita tutup jam 3” sedangkan itu masih setengah 3.
Really bad! I made a deposit of 9 slips but only 3 more slips of printer ink ran out. OK I write it myself. After that, there were only 2 slips left, but I didn't setorin and I asked "may I move to another teller whose ink is still there, I'll take the queue number again if I can" the teller's answer "can't, mas, because we close at 3" while it's still half 3.

Satpam kagak sopan badan gede doank Otak kosong SM orang tua kagak ada hormatnya.. nenek nenek SM ibu ibu suruh tunggu di luar tapi suruh bediri ngantri smpe jam jam an..! Padahal dalam kosong..!

Tidak solutif, satpam dan penjaganya (gatau lah posisinya sbgai apa). ATM ketelen karena mesinnya gatau kenapa, malah nasabah yang disalahin katanya”kelamaan kali tuh megangnya”, β€œkelamaan masukin kartunya”. Lah jelas2 baru masukin belum mencet blm apaaaaa, sebel bgt. Bukanya dikasih solisi gimana cara nanganinnya, atau minimal tanya dlu kronologinya gimana. Ini main nyalah2hin aja.
