★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya tlp 5 hari berturut-turut /hari lebih dari 10x tlp...ga ada yg angkat giliran ke BTN cab lain alhamdulilah ada yg angkat langsung... Knp ya BTN ini???selow responnya bener2 selow banget....
 I called 5 days in a row / more than 10 phone calls a day... no one took their turn to another BTN cab Thank God someone picked up directly... Why is this BTN??? slow the response is really slow....

Ktp saya memang surabaya. Masak datang diminta surat domisili segala, sedangkan posisi saya urgent.
Lalu diminta ID Card pekerja, saya gak ada saya punya perusahaan. Saya kasih npwp Perusahaan dengna domisili bekasi masih gak percaya.
Harus datang pakai jas dan borjuis dulu biar percaya ?
Oke.. di posisi lqin suami buak btn dgn ktp bandung di cab pondok ungu fine2 aja tuh gak pakai surat domisili. SUDAH GT BUKAN CS ATAU STAFF yang menjelaskan ke nasabah, malah satpam disuruh wara wiri dengan agak ketidak tahuan satpamnya, jadi kesannya gak hargain nasabah banget. Yang kayak gini dibayar negara ?????
Dan juga pecat satpam yg bilang" saya gak peduli gimana caranya ibu dapat surat domisili, yg jelas harus pake " tolong di pecat, satpam kurus tinggi. THANKS

My ID card is Surabaya. Cook came and asked for a domicile letter, while my position was urgent.
Then I was asked for a worker ID card, I didn't have one, I had a company. I gave my npwp. The company with domicile in Bekasi still doesn't believe it.
You have to come in a suit and be bourgeois to believe it?
Okay.. in the second position, my husband opened a btn with a Bandung ID in the purple cottage cab, it's fine, you don't use a domicile letter. GT ALREADY NOT CS OR STAFF who explained to the customer, instead the security guard was told to wara wiri with a bit of ignorance of the security guard, so it seemed that he didn't really respect the customer. What the state pays for like this????
And also fire the security guard who said "I don't care how you get a domicile letter, which obviously has to be used" please fire, the security guard is thin and tall. THANKS
