★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunggunya lama, administrasi pendaftaran lamaaa sekali..inputnya, tidak ada nomor antrian, saling serobot.., dari jam 16:00, baru diproses jam 17:30, belum ambil hasilnya.. Hmhmm..
Wait a long time, registration administration takes a long time ... input, no queue number, grab each other .., from 16:00, just processed at 17:30, haven't got the results yet .. Hmhmm ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SANGAT TIDAK PROFESIONAL. Hari ini 16-01-2021 adik saya, ibu, 2 balita di swab antigen dan infonya hasilnya 3 jam kemudian. Adik sdh janjian dg CS/petugas bahwa bs by WA dahulu krn kondisi rame dan bawa balita. Jam 20.30 adik sdh WA ke no yg tercantum sebagaimana info dr petugas. Apa yg terjadi? Tidak dibalas2 sampai dg pukul 21.00 dan akhirnya adik hrs k klinik lg pukul 21.30 dan ternyata TUTUP dan bs ambil hr senin. Taukah anda bahwa pasien ini menunggu berjam-jam utk tau hasil online nya saat ini juga krn urgent sehingga bisa melakukan persiapan yg baik. Ini bawa balita pula sengaja ga pulang k rumah menunggu di mobil biar lgsg ada hasilnya dan kalian dg hepi nya pulang tanpa menunaikan janji. Tolong kali pelayanannya diperbaiki!!!! Drpada viral kemana2 ke depannya. Setelah ngotot dg petugas pendaftaran yg jaga, ybs bantu telp ke atasan dan akhirnya bisa di infokan hasilnya dlu secara lisan dan fisikny nanti senin. SLA jg tolong diperbaiki, di tangerang SLA antigen cuma 30 menit paling lama, ini s.d 3 jam!! Next ga akan cek lab lagi disini dan tdk akan pernah merekomendasikannya. VERY NOT PROFESSIONAL. Today 01-16-2021 my sister, mother, 2 toddlers were given the antigen swab and the results were 3 hours later. My sister made an appointment with the CS / officer that WA was in the past because the conditions were crowded and brought a toddler. At 8:30 p.m., my younger brother WA went to the number listed as informed by the officer. What happened? No reply until 21.00 and finally my sister had to go to the clinic again at 21.30 and it turned out that it was CLOSED and could take it on Monday. Did you know that this patient waited for hours to know the results online right now because it is urgent so they can make good preparations. This brings toddlers too intentionally not to come home waiting in the car so that there are results and you can go home without fulfilling your promise. Please repair the service time !!!! Drpada viral everywhere in the future. After insisting on the registration officer on duty, he helped call his superior and finally he could be informed of the results verbally and physically later Monday. Please repair SLA too, in Tangerang SLA antigen is only 30 minutes at the most, it's up to 3 hours !! Next, I won't check the lab again here and will never recommend it. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sudah dpt nomor, sudah antri 2 jam begitu masuk di info kalo hasil pcr bisa keluar 2x24 jam karena alat tes habis.
Sungguh tdk profesional kenapa tdk diinfo sejak awal???!!!!! Saya butuh hasil cepat karena utk penerbangan.
Kapok deh!!! Mending cari tempat lain yg lebih profesional
I've got my number, I've queued for 2 hours as soon as I enter the info, if the PCR results can come out 2x24 hours because the test kits run out.
Really unprofessional why was not informed from the start???!!!!! I need quick results due to flight.
I'm tired!!! Better find another place that is more professional . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kalau dalam hal mengatur antrian kasir saja tidak bisa, kasir membiarkan konsumen saling serobot, bagaimana mungkin bisa percaya profesionalisme dalam memeriksa sampel. Akhirnya batal melakukan pemeriksaan di lab ini, masih banyak lab lain yang lebih profesional. Ngeri sekali kalau sampel lab nya nanti tertukar akibat tidak ada antrian dan saling serobot.
If you can't just manage the cashier queue, the cashier lets consumers grab each other, how can you trust professionalism in checking samples? Finally canceled the examination in this lab, there are many other labs that are more professional. It's really scary if the lab samples will be swapped due to no queues and grabbing each other.

The staff is lacking... The results are less than the maximum service... 1 person handles this and that... So it's been a long time .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cek darah bilangnya 3 jam keluar hasilnya. Ini udah 27 jam gak ada kabar, WhatsApp gak dibalas lagi. Padahal hasil lab buat rujukan ke dokter. Sungguh tidak profesional. Kapok!
The blood check said 3 hours and the results came out. It's been 27 hours, no news, no reply on WhatsApp. Even though the lab results are for referral to a doctor. Really unprofessional. I'm tired!
