Mungkin kedepannya yg ttd di hasil lab bisa dokternya atau yg berwenang dengan cap nama, bukan cuma paraf tanpa nama terang. Biar valid.
Ordinary Rapid and antigen can.
Maybe in the future those who are signed in the lab results can be the doctor or the authorized person with a name stamp, not just initials without a clear name. Let it be valid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya ga banget. Wa sampe 1 jam ga dibales2 padahal bukan jam istirahat juga. Akhirnya saya samperin langsung. Masuk ga ada orang di resepsionis, diketok cuma blg tunggu bentar. 15 menit saya tungguin ga keluar2 padahal udah mulai berdatangan yg antri. Di dalem gatau ngapain cuma denger pada ketawa2 sampe kenceng bgt tp ga keluar2. Ujung2nya saya gajadi ambil darah di situ karna pertanyaan PENTING saya di wa baru terjawab dan ga sesuai kebutuhan saya. Wasting time bgt nunggu lama2 ga ada hasil. Klo bukan karna kepepet dan cari yg deket, ga kesitu saya.
The service is not very good. Wa until 1 hour no reply even though it's not break time either. I finally got to it right away. Entering no one at the reception, was knocked just to wait a moment. I waited 15 minutes and it didn't come out even though the queues had started to arrive. Inside, I don't know what to do, I just hear the laughter until it's loud but it doesn't come out. In the end, I didn't take blood there because my IMPORTANT question was just answered and didn't suit my needs. Wasting time waiting for a long time with no results. If it's not because you're stuck and looking for someone close, I'm not there.

Bilang "permisi.." beberapa kali, baru keluar tapi dengan nada ketus.
Berasa saya ini ingin minta sumbangan. :)
Mungkin perasaan saya saja, tapi maaf kalau mengganggu waktunya, saya jg ga akan datang kalau ga butuh dan saya juga bukan nya minta dilayani cuma-cuma.
Jujur, agak kecewa pada pelayanan saat pertama kali. Semoga lab lain yg akan saya datangi nanti tdk seperti ini. ?

Maybe it's just my feelings, but I'm sorry if it disturbs the time, I also won't come if I don't need it and I also don't ask to be served for free.
Honestly, a little disappointed in the service the first time. Hopefully the other labs that I will go to later are not like this. ?
