★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pikir ulang deh yang mau cek lab disini, di kwitansi jelas tertulis ada pemeriksaan HbsAg tapi hasilnya GA ADA, pas ditanyain baru bilang pemeriksaan HbsAg dirujuk, lah sebelumnya bilang iya2 aja bisa cek semuanya ga ada informasi ada yang dirujuk, tolong ya kalau kerja harus JUJUR
Think again, who wants to check the lab here, on the receipt it is clear that there is an HBsAg examination but the results are GA THERE, when asked, just said the HBsAg examination was referred, before saying yes, you can check everything, no information is referred to, please, if work must be HONEST

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ini konyol sih. Sengaja datang untuk test jam 8 malam karena besoknya ada jadwal penerbangan pagi dan harus check-in di bandara jam 7.
Padahal setelah test diinfokan sama petugas lab bahwa hasil keluar dalam 30 menit dan akan dikirim melalui whatsapp berbentuk pdf. Eh sampai besoknya pun gak ada kirim hasil test dan setelah ditanya, petugasnya malah nanya balik donggg ??
Gak profesional banget nih lab, katanya sudah terafiliasi sama pemerintah.
Untungnya begitu saya tau mereka gak kirimkan hasil test, jam 12 malam saya langsung bela-belain berangkat ke RS EMC dan hasilnya keluar dalam 5 menit.
RS EMC pun dengan sigap langsung update data di aplikasi PeduliLindungi begitu tau bahwa tujuan saya test antigen untuk penerbangan pagi. Pun dibantu prosesnya dari awal sampai akhir tanpa nanya hal konyol seperti bukti yang terlampir.
Paham? Beda banget yg profesional dan tidak.
This is ridiculous. Deliberately came for a test at 8 pm because the next day there was a morning flight schedule and had to check-in at the airport at 7.
Even though after the test, the lab staff was informed that the results will come out in 30 minutes and will be sent via WhatsApp in the form of a pdf. Eh, until the next day there was no sending the test results and after being asked, the officer even asked back donggg ??
This lab is not very professional, he said, is already affiliated with the government.
Fortunately, as soon as I found out they didn't send the test results, at 12 o'clock at night I immediately went to the EMC Hospital and the results came out in 5 minutes.
Even the EMC Hospital immediately updated the data in the PeduliLindung application as soon as it knew that my goal was to test antigen for the morning flight. It also helps the process from start to finish without asking silly things like the attached evidence.
Understand? There's a big difference between professional and not.

Pertama suami PCR hasil g dimasukkan ke peduli lindungi
Kedua saya antigen juga tidak masuk peduli lindungi
Jadi saran ya kk semua kalau mau lebih banyak pelanggan lagi masukin ke peduli lindungi kan biar pemerintah juga tau
Kalau begini kan jadi kayak kucing-kucing an dengan pemerintah
Bagi yang mau test kalau cuma butuh surat boleh disini tapi kalau untuk naik pesawat terbang dan pergi keluar kota atau untuk masuk mall yg butuh peduli lindungi mending di tempat lain yg hasilnya dimasukkan ke peduli lindungi

For those who want to test, if you only need a letter, you can come here, but if you want to get on an airplane and go out of town or to enter a mall, you need to care about protecting it, better in another place where the results are put into care and protect
