Eh datang ke tempat ini dibilang dokternya tidur dan mbak PRT rumah bilang sudah kabari pasien lewat telepon. Sementara kita belum terima kabar apapun.
Dan ternyata setelah dicek di daftar pasien ga ada nama anak saya donk (zonk!!) dan ga ada nomor hape saya!!
Daftar pasien pun cuma kertas oret2an ga jelas tanggal berapa pasien booking
Ga profesional banget!!

The list of patients is only a paper scribbled paper and it is not clear what date the patient booked
