★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya sangat mengecewakan , baru pertama kali berobat ke klinik insan permata sudah sangat mengecewakan , seorang Dokter lebih memilih berlama lama menemui tamu ( entah siapa tamunya ) sementara banyak fasien di abadikan .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan nya super lelet dan minim informasi. Saya ngantri tinggal 1 orang aja malah di duluin imunisasi anak. Beda kalo antri ibu hamil banyak gpp di duluin yang imunisasi. Saya sudah di perlakukan gini udah 2x. Terima kasih
The service is super slow and lacks information. I stayed in line for only 1 person, even though the child's immunization was preceded. It's different if there are many pregnant women queuing up before getting immunized. I've been treated like this twice. thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mau minta rujukan aja di persulit, padahal ada gejala lambung, masa USG pake BPJS harus ada keluhan pendarahan, darah tinggi dulu, aneh. Di tempat lain aja ga kaya gitu. Ini kan mau lihat kondisi anak nya gimana karna abis perawatan di infus. Takut kondisi anak nya gimana2. Pelayanan nya ga memuaskan ga sesuai omongan di awal. Padahal wkt sebulan yg lalu bidan yg lain menjelaskan kalo rujukan itu ga harus ada keluhan tapi kenapa sekarang beda lagi omongannya, bilangnya peraturan baru turun. Tolong ya harus nya ada komunikasi antar karyawan jadi ga Miskomunikasi kaya gini.

It's not like that anywhere else. I want to see how the condition of the child is because after the infusion treatment. Afraid of what the condition of the child will be. The service is not satisfactory, it doesn't match what was said at the beginning. Even though a month ago another midwife explained that there was no need to complain about the referral, but why is it different now, saying that a new regulation has been issued. Please, there should be communication between employees so there's no miscommunication like this.

Dokter nya bener2 meriksa pasien dengan teliti dan sabar, beda sama dokter ditempat lain ada yg sentuh pasien aja pun engga mau.
Kalo di klinik ini dokter2 nya recommended
Obat2 yg dikasi pun banyak sekali ga pelit2
Antrian nya emg panjang saya rasa cukup wajar sih krna pasien emg selalu sangat banyak
Saya berobat pakai BPJS tidak ada dibedakan perlakuan BPJS dengan pasien umum
Untuk rujukan juga cepat ga ribet
Sukses selalu klinik insan permata ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kadang perawatnya kurang responsif dan kurang respect dengan pengunjung, mau konsultasi aja (ga periksa) tp suruh tunggu krn mau ditanyakan ke dokternya, udah lama tunggu ternyata belum ditanyakan sampe sepi juga ga ditanya mau apa, setelah tanya lagi ke pendaftaran baru didaftarkan utk ke dokter, hadeehh...
Sometimes the nurses are less responsive and have less respect for visitors, just want to consult (don't check) but tell them to wait because they want to be asked to their doctor, for a long time it turns out they haven't been asked until it's quiet and not asked what they want, after asking again to the new registration registered to the doctor , hadeehh ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bagussss yaaaaa kliniknya. Nyaman. Wangi banget ruangannyaa. Jadi ga bau apek dari pasien2 lain wkwkwk. Dokternya baguss ramah baik. Bidannya juga ramah bagus baik. Proses cepat bikin rujukan tidak bertele tele. Deket rumah ku juga. Bisa bpjs juga. Tingkatkan terus yaaa kualtisnya! Trimakasih dokter bidan dan suster2 nya.
It's a good clinic. Comfortable. The room smells great. So it doesn't smell musty from other patients. The doctor is good and friendly. The midwife is also friendly and good. The quick process of making referrals is not long-winded. Near my house too. Can bpjs too. Keep improving the quality! Thank you to the midwives and nurses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kata bagian pendaftaran di telpon bilang nya mulai pendaftaran gigi jam 7pagi pas dteng jam 7pagi udah close. Ngasih informasi ga jelas bnget di tanya harus daftar jam brapa kekeh bilang jam 7 harus nya sportif lah ga bsa nitip2 pendaftaran bgitu. Mengecewakan bnget

Giving information is not very clear when asked what time you have to register. Kekeh said 7 o'clock should be sporting, can't get registration like that. Very disappointing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pertama kali swab PCR disini, alur pendaftaran nya cukup ribet harus mengisi 3++ lembar kertas, setelah mengisi form pendaftaran disuruh nunggu waktu nunggu cukup lama 1 1/2 jam untuk mendapat tindakan PCR. Padahal diklinik lain yang tergolong lebih ramai antrian nya lebih mudah diatur, alur pendaftaran tidak ribet hanya menunjukkan ktp dan mengisi nama, no hp, alamat dan email. Untuk para staffnya juga kurang ramah dan lebih ke cuek. Not recommended kalo bisa ditempat lain mending ditempat lain aja:)
The first time a PCR swab is here, the registration process is quite complicated, you have to fill in 3++ sheets of paper, after filling out the registration form, you are told to wait a long time for 1 1/2 hours to get PCR action. Even though other clinics that are classified as more crowded, the queues are easier to manage, the registration process is not complicated, just showing your ID and filling in your name, cellphone number, address and email. The staff is also less friendly and more indifferent. Not recommended if you can go somewhere else, it's better somewhere else :)
