Untuk pelayanan resepsionisnya bagus, dulu2 kesini dokternya ramah, ngomongny juga enak. Eh hari ini dokternya beda orang kayak gak respek dengan pasien,jutek banget, malah ngetes obat yg saya pakai sebelumnya fungsinya buat apa, secara saya punya asma, kondisi emang masih lemes kalo ngomong, dikirain saya bohong. Ngapain saya capek2 bohong sama penyakit. Buat apa coba. Minta obat yg biasa saya minum dikasihnya yg lain. Padahal dokter sebelumnya ngasih obat yg saya biasa pakai cocok. Kesel,kecewa jadi illfeel. Ganti aja dokter kayak gitu.

saya kecewa sama pelayanan nya, udh nunggu dokternya lama,resepsionistnya jutek.. dokter nya galak+jutek bgt, namanya org sakit ya wajar jwbnya lama...bakal aku inget2 muka dokternya. nggk akan kesini lg !! sama pasien yg ramah ya dok. :)

Mau berobat pagix2, ternyata buka jam 08.00, Ada pengumuman nya tetapi di tutup Rollingdor sama aja bohong tdk terlihat juga.

Di situ kn tercantum pakek bpjs,tapi pagi masih jam 9 tu pakek bpjs gk bisa karena kuota perhari cmn 5 orang kata mbk resepsionis nya,kalok emg cmn 5 orang,kasian dong udh bayar bpjs ehh tetep bayar juga berobat.

Hari ini saya antar saudara saya ke Klinik Razaaq di dekat Alam Sutera letaknya. Sekarang suasananya sudah berbeda, jauh berbeda dengan waktu dulu saya masih sering berobat disana, kira-kira tahun 2014. Tapi hari ini, mampu lah membuat saya jadi ikutan pusing sepulang dari sana. 1. Waktu tidak ada org lain mbak-mbak kasirnya (pakai jilbab hitam baju kotak-kotak pink) ditanya baik-baik saya butuh surat sakit dari dokter jawabnya baik-baik saja, bisa katanya tapi harus berobat, bayar admin dan dokter dan belum termasuk obat. Ok saya bilang dan diminta "Ditunggu ya dokternya ada nanti jam 19.30 (saat itu masih jam 18.30)". Akhirnya saya tunggu, tapi ketika banyak orang jam 19.00 koq Mbanya teriak-teriak? Mbanya bilang, "Mba cuma mau minta surat dokter ya?" Saya jawab "iya", Mbanya sambil teriak lagi bilang "gak bisa harus ke dokter", saya jawab lagi gak apa Mba, Mbanya makin bentak lagi "gak bisa harus berobat", saya jawab lagi.. iya Mba gak apa saya berobat. Akhirnya disodorkannya secarik kertas untuk isi nama, tgl lahir, alamat dan nomor telepon. Saya isi dan saya kasih lagi ke Mbanya. Ya jelas saya tidak akan menunggu kalau saya tidak mau mengikuti ketentuannya. 2. Seharusnya saya berada di antrian pertama, karena saat itu kami yang pertama datang. Tetapi saya kecewa karena saya jadi antrian ke 3 dibanding mereka yang menggunakan BPJS. Oya saudara saya dan saya dari dulu menggunakan cash kalau berobat di Razaaq ini. Ya sudahlah mungkin mereka langganan, tapi ya kecewa saja karena terlanjur dibentak sama Mba kasirnya dan kami merasa tidak dianggap. 3. Saudara saya ditanya, untuk kapan suratnya? Dijawab hari ini. Surat sudah dibuatkan oleh dokternya, dan Mba kasirnya mungkin tinggal membubuhkan tanggal dan stempel bulat. Tetapi sayangnya setelah dicek tanggalnya salah, tanggal 26-12-2021 saya minta ganti karena hari ini tanggal 28-12-2021. Mbanya (berjilbab hitam dan baju hitam) mau ganti coret, saya gak mau donk saya minta ganti baru. Akhirnya diganti baru, tapi kali ini Mbanya yang menulis di depan saya dan Mbanya juga yang tanda tangan dan stempel. Baru saya mau lihat yang lamanya sudah diremas-remas dan dibuang ke tempat sampah dengan kasarnya. Yah kecewa saja saya karena bukan asli lagi dari dokternya. Kalian kan berjualan jasa ya, seharusnya pelayanannya baik-baik, jangan sampai mengecewakan pasien. Kalian bekerja kan di Razaaq, jaga nama baik tempat kalian kerja. Semoga kedepannya kalian bisa lebih baik lagi dan Razaaq bisa melayani lebih baik lagi.

Her mother said, "You just want a doctor's letter, don't you?" I answered "yes", the mother shouted again saying "can't go to the doctor", I answered again it's okay Mba, the mother shouted again "can't have treatment", I answered again.. yes Ma'am, it's okay if I get treatment. Finally, he handed him a piece of paper to fill in his name, date of birth, address and telephone number. I filled it in and I gave it back to Mbanya. Yes, obviously I will not wait if I do not want to follow the provisions. 2. I should have been in the first queue, because we were the first to arrive. But I was disappointed because I was in the 3rd queue compared to those who used BPJS. Oh yes, my brother and I have always used cash for treatment at Razaaq. Well, maybe they're subscriptions, but they're just disappointed because they've been yelled at by Ms. the cashier and we don't feel like they're considered. 3. My brother was asked, when is the letter for? Answered today. The doctor has already prepared the letter, and the cashier's Mba may just have to put the date and round stamp on it. But unfortunately after checking the date is wrong, on 26-12-2021 I asked for a change because today is 28-12-2021. The lady (black headscarf and black shirt) wants to change the streak, I don't want it, I ask for a new one. Finally it was replaced with a new one, but this time it was Mba who wrote in front of me and Mba also signed and stamped. I just want to see the old ones have been crumpled up and thrown in the trash roughly. Well, I'm just disappointed because it's not original anymore from the doctor. You guys are selling services, right, the service should be good, don't let the patient down. You guys work at Razaaq, keep the good name of the place you work for. Hopefully in the future you can be better and Razaaq can serve even better.

dentistnya jutek banget. alat-alatnya juga kurang terawat, semoga lebih baik kedepannya buat kualitas dan pelayanannya. untuk resepsionisnya cukup ramah. kliniknya sempit jadi kalau yang berobat banyak agak padat.
the dentist is really bad. the tools are also poorly maintained, hopefully it will be better in the future for quality and service. the receptionist is quite friendly. the clinic is narrow, so if there are many who seek treatment, it is rather crowded.
