Pelayanannya cuek terkesan kasar, bidannya waktu saya mau lahiran jg jutek bgtt. Nyebelin. Apalagi untuk peserta BPJS. ngga bawa kartu BPJS aja ga d layani. Phal d web BPJS Klo ga bawa kartu asal pake aplikasi online mobile jkn tetap di layani. Udah ngantri lama pas dftar di banting suruh bkin kartu dlu. Helloooo. Klo anak sakit d sruh bkin kartu dlu lama gtu, kburu knp2 anaknya mau tanggung jawab. Ada aplikasi mobile jkn ga di gunain kah. Beberapa kali berobat pake BPJS, pernah ga pke bpjs. Responnya beda bgtt. Pertnyaannya buat apa Nerima pasien BPJS Klo bgtu. Sorry Yaa Aq lgi emosi.

Phal on the BPJS website. If you don't bring a card, you use an online mobile application, don't keep it served. It's been a long queue when the list was slammed down and told me to make a card first. Hellooo. If the child is sick, they are asked to make a card for a long time, why do the children want to be responsible. There is a mobile application if it is not used. Several times for treatment using BPJS, never using BPJS. The response is very different. The question is why accept BPJS patients like that. Sorry, I'm getting emotional.

Resepsionis nya yg sekarang ramah2, dokter umumnya yg laki2 masih kurang penjelasan sich klo berobat, kurang ramah juga, tapi dokter giginya yg praktek di hari Jumat pagi itu ?⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ untuk pelayanan, attitude dan ramah tamahnya, sudah 2x cabut gigi anakku yg umur 6th karena gigi permanen sudah tumbuh tinggi tapi gigi susu masih blm ada tanda2 mau copot sendiri, drg. nya ramah banget sma anak2 jadi anak gak takut ke dokter gigi

Kasirnya yang cowo baik bgt tuh, tpi yang cewe gendut galak+juteknya nauzubillah deh wkwk, mending karyawan kek gitu di ganti aja, masa orang mau uap udh parah bgtu malah disuruh test rapid dlu, udh tau itu keadaan lgi genting wkwk galagi deh disitu cukup sekali

Membaca ulasannya, hampir semua ulasannya bernada negatif. Kebanyakan mengatakan pelayanannya tidak ramah dan judes alias jutek. Kirain cuma saya yang mengalami, ternyata banyak sekali pasien yang mendapatkan perlakuan yang sama. Ayo klinik Wahyu, segera berbenah dan evaluasi pelayanannya !
Reading the reviews, almost all of the reviews are negative. Most said the service was unfriendly and bitchy. I thought I was the only one who experienced it, it turns out that many patients have received the same treatment. Come on Wahyu clinic, immediately clean up and evaluate the service!

Pelayanan berantakan,dr nya juga gak kompeten,periksa2 doang,gak diinfo pasien sakit apa,indikasi penyakit ke arah mana, ditanya baiknya antigen atau cek darah yg lebih dulu,malahan disuruh semuanya.. gak menjawab pertanyaan,resepsionis yg didepan juga jutek bgt yg kacamata,udah gak bs pake bpjs kasihtau lah yg ramah,ini malah jutek,gue mau bayar kok! Parah sih pelayanan buruk,panas,urutan pelayanan ngacak gak jelas,besok2 mending ke klinik yg punya nama,sama2 bayar kok!
The service is messy, the dr is also incompetent, just checked, the patient was not informed about what illness, indications of the disease in which direction, asked whether it was better for antigen or blood check first, instead they were told to do everything.. didn't answer the question, the receptionist at the front was also very rude. glasses, I can't use bpjs anymore, tell the friendly one, it's even cheesy, I want to pay anyway! It's bad, the service is bad, hot, the order of service is random, it's not clear, tomorrow it's better to go to a clinic with a name, pay together!
