 Anter getting treatment for his parents, good and satisfying service with BPJs. when I met Dr, Anita, the doctor recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan nya kurang baik, dan berbelit untuk rujukan Rumah Sakit dengan menggunakan bpjs.
The service is not good, and complicated for hospital referrals using BPJS.

Old customer here, but Doctor Howard who in my opinion is the most uncomfortable here.... I hope the doctor reads it and can self-evaluate. Don't because I use bpjs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pelayanan nya makin ke marih makin parah aja, saya daftar jam 21:00 tidak dapat di proses dengan alasan penuh di dalam masih banyak yang antri, saya sakit emang mengunakan BPJS, apakah pantas orang yang sakit ingin daftar langsung di bilang cloes , tidak ada tanda cloes di pendaftaran .. proses terahir jam 22:00 tanggl 13/12/2021
the service is getting worse and worse, I registered at 21:00, it couldn't be processed with full reasons inside, there were still many people queuing, I was sick using BPJS, is it appropriate for people who are sick to want to register directly to say cloes, there is no sign Cloes at registration.. last process at 22:00 on 13/12/2021

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokternya sama semua meremehkan penyakit pasien, entah kebijakan dari kliniknya atau gmn ya ketika berobat ngeluh ini dan itu hanya di tanggapi biasa saja meremehkan, dan akhirnya berobat sampe 3x bolak-balik, bintang satu cocok untuk pelayanannya ?
The doctors all underestimate the patient's illness, whether it's the policy of the clinic or what, when they get treatment, they complain and it's just an ordinary response, they just ignore it, and in the end they go back and forth for 3 times treatment, one star is suitable for the service ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokter nya kita minta konsoltasi mentang2 bpjs tp ngomel2 terus dah tau lagi sakit receptionist kita ngmng baik2 judes aja ngmng nya emang pada bisa ga si ga usah ngomel2 klo ngmng orang dateng kesini itu lagi sakit udah pusing malah di marah2in ga jelas nih klinik ga bagus
The doctor, we asked for consultation with the bpjs, but kept on nagging, he knew he was sick, our receptionist wasn't okay, just bitch, why can't it be done, there's no need to grumble if people come here when they're sick, they're already dizzy, they're even angry, it's not clear, this clinic isn't good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk ke dokter gigi sy pilih jadwal dokter nina yunita,untuk dokter umum dr.gaos dan dr.dezar, untuk perawatnya,yang ngga pake hijab , yg sy sebut itu orgnya baik2, ramah, lembut2..sabtu daftar online dr,fitri pas dateng ktmu dr anita lagi, udh 3x ktmu dr sblm pandemi sampe skrg pandemi tiap brobat knpa ga pernah cek fisik ya cuma duduk ditanya dikasih obat, sy fikir krna pandemi, tp dokter lain cek fisik semua, udh gitu klw ngomong aga horor hehehe..
To go to the dentist, I chose doctor Nina Yunita's schedule, for general practitioners dr. Gaos and Dr. Dezar, for the nurse, who didn't wear the hijab, what I called the person was nice, friendly, gentle.. Saturday registered online, dr, fitri arrived You're from Anita again, we've been there 3 times since before the pandemic until now, every brobat, why don't you ever have a physical check, you just sit and ask for medicine, I think it's because of a pandemic, but other doctors check everything physically, it's like that when you talk about horror hehehe..
