Di saat pet clinic or vet lain tidak menerima utk menangani hamster, tp Pikko berani.
Akhirnya tangan hamster saya bisa ditangani..

Admin and Doctor are very friendly and responsive..
When other pet clinics or vets don't accept to handle hamsters, Pikko is brave.
Finally my hamster hand can be handled..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Udah langganan di sini. Tiap berobat dokternya selalu kasih penjelasan yg detail dan mudah dimengerti.
Waktu grooming juga hasilnya bagus. Kucing2 saya jg bersih, wangi, rambutnya halus, dan ga ada kutunya.
Staf2nya juga ramah bgt. ???

Grooming time is also good. My cats are also clean, smell good, their hair is smooth, and there are no fleas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokter ramah, pegawai yang lain juga. Kemarin Nebu karena anabul lagi Flu. Nebu 40k per 1x kedatangan, biaya konsultasinya 70k. Lama Nebu kurang lebih 20 menit.
update : Untuk Nebu harus konsul Dokter tiap kedatangan, jadi gak bisa paket Nebu (berapa kali Nebu sudah termasuk jasa dokter). Jadi mahal konsulnya daripada Nebunya.
Friendly doctors, other employees too. Yesterday Nebu because Anabul again had the flu. Nebu 40k per 1x arrival, the consultation fee is 70k. The length of the Nebu is approximately 20 minutes.
update: Nebu has to consult a doctor every time he arrives, so he can't get Nebu's package (how many times Nebu has included a doctor's service). So the consul is more expensive than the Nebu.
