★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dulu steril disini, pas mau di bawa pulang ga ada dikandang kabur kucingnya, baru ketemu dibalik tumpukan pasir-pasir kucing. Padahal sudah beberapa tahun lalu tapi masih seperti kedutan gitu perutnya
Pernah coba juga grooming kucing disini, kuku kucing patah berdarah. Ditanya baik-baik kenapa bisa luka, malahan kena bentak dijawab maunya apa, ya sudah langsung dibawa ke vet lain buat diobati sampai rawat inap
 It used to be sterile here, when I wanted to take it home, there was no escape from the cat, only to find it behind a pile of cat sand. Even though it's been a few years, but my stomach still feels like twitching
I've also tried grooming cats here, the cat's nails were broken and bleeding. When asked carefully why he got injured, he was even yelled at, he said what he wanted, so he was immediately taken to another vet to be treated and hospitalized.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minggu lalu bw kucing ku USG ke Pandu Vet. Dokter & petugas nya Ramah. Ga pelit ilmu, saya nanya2 di jelasin detail. Td WA menanyakan ttg kucing saya yg lahiran dirumah. Di balas dgn detail. Sangat terbantu. Biar jauh dr rmh, tp klo pelayanan nya GOOD bgni. Pasti balik lg.

Last week my cat had an ultrasound to Pandu Vet. Doctors & staff are friendly. I'm not stingy with knowledge, I ask questions in detail. Td WA asked about my cat who was born at home. Answered in detail. Greatly helped. Let it be far from home, but if the service is GOOD, it's really good. Will definitely come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recommended Vet! Kucingku Kiwi pernah sakit kena calici virus dan dirawat inap di sini selama 12 hari, penanganan disini bagusss dan alhamdulillah bgt Kiwi bisa sembuh :') sekarang Kiwi udah sehat dan sekalian vaksin disini. Dokter dan karyawannya juga baik dan ramah bgt. Thankssss :)
Recommended Vets! My cat Kiwi was sick with the calici virus and was hospitalized here for 12 days, the treatment here is good and thank God Kiwi is recovering :') now Kiwi is healthy and all the vaccines are here. Doctors and employees are also very kind and friendly. Thanksss :)
